What does the 4b movement solve?
Recently heard this concept and I'm honestly more on the critical side but I'm not here to do that rn before I fully get it. and I want to hear people's perspective on the 4b movement. Not about the fact that some men are dangerous and the social culture promotes and protects them, but about how the 4b movement can change something and be helpful outside of personal safety. I don't fault anyone for wanting to do nothing with men and prevent pregnancies and violence as much as possible and I understand the personal motivations behind it. Just wanna know how much weight this holds as a political tool. Open to hearing pro or anti opinions about this
Locking my door doesn’t do anything except provide personal safety; are you “more on the critical side” about that?
Like I said, I understand it from a personal perspective but as a political tool for change? Idk. Like I'm obviously not critical of women wanting to be safe, I was just asking what can the 4b movement change socially. Like what does closing the door change what's happening outside your house
