Didn't have doing fanart for the main show on my bingo card this week but Boom got me good, what can I say. Doctor Who at its finest! I'm slowly becoming obsessed with that poem. A Good Man Goes To War vibes!

I think it would mean a lot to Kate Stewart to meet the Doctor who ultimately started her father's UNIT journey. Because of Timey Wimey stuff she can't tell him who she is of course, but she can still show some thanks.

Bonus:

I like to imagine since Donna works for UNIT now, she likes to ask Kate along for lunch occasionally. And I also think 14 wouldn't hear the END of it once she finds out about Jamie.

Learned new technique in photoshop today and while I have no idea what to really do with it... enjoy my boy Eight in the style of an oil painting I guess 🤷‍♀️

DR. FALLON

Fugue State was my introduction to the Pleasant Green Universe by Julian Simpson, so it was about time I drew Dr. Fallon. Had a relisten of it today, since they're all available for free on Simpson's Soundcloud. This was the state of the canvas by the time I was done. The only thing I actually had to look up was what Haumea looks like.

Okay, so... new year's resolution was for this to be the year that I have a go at drawing again... So here is my first attempt cause it's been over a year since my favourite TARDIS team had an outing. 🥺🥺

Half edited (stock background, overlay), half drawn/painted... learned a lot for sure.
