Dollhouse scale assortment of pizzas made from polymer clay. Guys, I have finally figured out how to make a decent looking pizza! I sat down the other night for around 4-5 hours trying every single tutorial I could find. Nothing was working properly so, frustrated, I gave up for the night. Came back the next day and started to combine bits and pieces of tutorials into something that finally worked. This has been the one food that has stumped me for so long. It feels great to finally have figured it out. :D From the top: Cheese pizza with basil, tomato and basil pizza with mozzarella, salami/pepperoni pizza, and a Hawaiian pizza (pineapples and ham). Since I want to practice more savory foods (and since Valentine's Day is around the corner), I decided to remake my oyster platter. :) I think the color on the oysters is a bit closer to the color of real oysters this time around. More crepes, this time the right scale for my plates. :D Two crepes served with a large dollop of whipped cream, a side of cherries, and drizzled with chocolate. I'm leaving this as is, but I can put it on a ring, magnet, pin, or hair clip. :)

One more item from my stream last night - a breakfast plate on a ring! Two over-easy eggs, a pile of bacon, and toast. I love my new mini plates. And I love my blank ring bases. I will be doing more plates tonight on my stream if you all are interested, except this time I'll be doing desserts. :3 I'll have a journal entry up 15 minutes before I begin! As you guys know, I'm moving this weekend, so while I was packing up my charms, I thought I'd go ahead and do some group shots of them all. This isn't all of them; about 1/2 of my stuff is on sale at a local store. All miniature savory food charms, plates, and magnets. :)

Miniature spaghetti and meatballs plate. Just trying out doing actual plates of food still, and trying to branch out from just sweets (even though those are really fun to make!). I really do like this piece. The plate looks nice, the spaghetti looks real, even the pasta sauce. And what's spaghetti and meatballs without a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese?

Think I'm going to take this picture again...I have no idea what happened to it. : /
