Porukoru AU for @ocean-moonlight!
Goodbye, big brother…
MVP NPCs of Perpetual (snk fanfic)!
Leslie Koth, Magath’s assistant & Jim Haywood, footsoldier (ironically). Yes, I love them. 🤍
Protective, for porukoru week!
Family (the most incredible family😌) for Porukoruweek!
I love your art, especially the Cobb Vanth/Din Djarin piece. Do you do commissions?
Aw, thank you! 🥰 I’ve had a goal to start commissions some day, but I haven’t quite gotten there yet. For one, I don’t feel like I can guarantee consistent quality yet. Don’t want to sell a cat in the bag. And then there’s the technical bit (do I mark it as goods or gift, how to avoid revealing my irl name etc.) that I haven’t quite gotten a grasp of. But one day! Hehe.
As of September, I’ll be starting a very big book project that I’m assuming will be done in January/February. So I’ll be extremely busy for the rest of 2021. Maybe I’ll look back into commissioning come 2022. Thank you bunch for asking, though! Makes me feel like maybe ‘ready’ isn’t as far away anymore!
Happy birthday, @godtier1 !
You bet I had to draw you some fanart for your ultra cute fic, Drawn to you!
(Guys, seriously, check it out…🥺)
just want to say, your art is so gorgeous and adorable. i especially love your porukoru art. and you seem like such a nice person, your blog genuinely makes me smile. i hope you have a great day, thank you for taking the time to share your lovely art :)
Thank you, anon. It means a lot. ❤️ I draw to make people happy and to contribute to fandoms and characters I love, so it’s so precious to me when I heard back from people that I reached them and made them smile 🥰
My main focus these days is writing, so there isn’t as much drawing happening lately. And maybe that’s why I’ve started feeling a bit down about my drawing, idk. But the point is: thank you. Your sweet message came at a much appreciated time ❤️🩹
More Tahiti gang?👀
I really want to! 🍹🏝
While I was working on John, I kept having ideas for the others. I definitely want to do Arthur for sure.
But drawing is just so far down the list of priorities for me at this stage in life that it takes a while to get to in-between everything else. I’ve started writing my own things finally, and garnered some interest. If I have time to spare, I write. I don’t mean to seem ungrateful for likes and reblogs, but drawing doesn’t get me anywhere. With writing, I have a shot right now. I really want to give the dream a try.
On the side I read to feed my brain with language, and sometimes I work on a fanfic passion project. That’s what gets my extra extra time. Maybe you noticed John was a gift art. I don’t really take the time off to draw on a whim anymore (oh, to have more than 24 hours in a day...).
Though, I do love drawing. It’s been - and still is - incredibly important to me. I can’t put it away, it’ll just take longer between the pieces.
... which then begs the question: when I finally take the time to draw something, which fandom do I feed?
I could leave that question open, or I could answer it honestly right now. I’ll do the latter: I draw to give. Whichever place I feel my art gives most joy, that’s wherever I feel most incentivized to inject my time and effort. Right now, I feel seen by the rdr fandom and I want to keep going. But I have to be honest, I feel as though the response is inflated partly due to the fandom being bigger. The art they’re fed comes in troves; my pieces don’t make a difference one way or the other. And there’s one fandom I’ve seen unmatched enthusiasm from - a fandom where the artists are few and the hunger is strong: the porukorus. Right now I’m 50/50 on which to focus on next, because the pros and cons are almost even.
So I want to do more Tahiti gang. But I can’t promise it’s gonna be tomorrow.
Though, for anyone who cared enough to read till the end, wanting rdr, have this: the full gang might take me too long, so if you had to pick which additional 3 (excluding Orthur, he’s a given) members got to join the beach party - who? I highly value responses in my considerations.
