Aqua is the prince of the Oceanic Kingdom and heir to his family’s throne. He is one of the 3 main protagonists of Project: SFA.
A very full of himself pre-teen who seems to always gets what he wants, Prince Aqua is certainly a force to be reckoned with. He’s smug, flamboyant and has quite the rude streak around many who don’t adore him. His ego is further fueled by his fanclub, which consists of various royals who seem head over heels for Aqua. He used to be childhood friends with Prince Flame before they drifted apart.
He absolutely enjoys the rush of people praising and fawning over him when he displays his superior power control at such a young age. For some reason he now seems to be trying to charm Sweetheart, which in exchange has gotten Flame quite hostile around Aqua when Sweetheart is in the picture. Deep down, Aqua seems to be hiding something….
Aqua has a variety of outfits, ranging from his regular Prince suit to various of sportswear and more comfy clothing. All match his blue color scheme that is reminiscent of water.
As a member of the esteemed Aeon royal family, Aqua’s powers consist of being able to manipulate water. This includes anything from creating water bubbles to even using the water around him to his advantage, whenever that means for battle… or usually just to show off to everyone.
Aquarius: “Father… is busy ruling the kingdom. He’s never around, and the rare chance that he is, he only teaches me on how to use my powers to carry the family legacy as his son. Don’t let that fool you, I’M the one who kept at it by myself to get to the point I am now! I don’t need his help… or to be in his shadow…“
Cordelia: “….” [There appears to be no comment on his mother.]
Azura: “My older sister when I was younger used to be around more often, but… she had to soon help father with important royal duties and soon disappeared as often as he did. When I do catch glimpses of her now, it’s usually her mumbling complaints about… needing a spouse. But none of that matters to me, I don’t need my family’s attention to thrive.“
Flame: “Flame… we used to be friends, but a prince that is so pathetic and useless like him doesn’t deserve my attention anymore. As I’m getting older, I’m seeing how much of a disappointment he must be to his parents and his kingdom, and I refuse to waste my time on a weakling.”
Sweetheart: “… she’s tiny. She’s REALLY tiny. I mistaken her for being much younger than she actually was at first, but luckily that was quickly cleared up. Sweetheart herself… she’s… certainly an innocent soul. All she wants to do is just play and have fun… does she not have to worry about the future of her kingdom or not bringing shame to her people? Her family? Surely someone of her age should already be preparing to… Nevermind, it isn’t my business. For now, I’ll keep being around her… for personal reasons.”
Peach & Mario: “The parents of Princess Sweetheart are certainly an interesting duo in terms of royal families. Her mother isn’t a queen and her father isn’t even royalty. Such a thing… is unheard of for me. With that aside, it does seem like Princess Peach does a good job in ruling her kingdom with grace, while Sir Mario seems to be the unconventional knight in shining amour for the Mushroom Kingdom… who’s a plumber for some reason. I’m not going to question how this happened but alas they seem very happy together..”
Larissa: “… I think she’s a relative of Sweetheart’s father? I honestly do not know, but she seems to be around ever so often in the castle. She’s very quiet and soft spoken, unless she is fighting, which she seems to transform into… someone else. I much prefer her this way… she seems to take actual action for herself after transformation… though her blue eyes seem to pierce into my soul.”
Aqua’s voice claims are Calem from Pokémon Masters for JP and EN. Just imagine the English voice to have a French accent because I physically couldn’t find anything with a French accent😭

Flame is the prince of the Igneous Kingdom and future heir to his family’s throne. He is one of the 3 main protagonists of Project: SFA.
Instead of being blessed as a baby with the power of the Igneous Flame, a sacred flame that only the royals of the Igneous Kingdom can bare, he was cursed so that he would fall in love with the first princess he ever met forever. For the longest time his parents, King Burnard and Queen Scarlet, kept this a secret from him (he still doesn’t know) and kept him from any interaction with any princesses. Flame meeting Sweetheart was an accident on his parent’s behalf, and now they are hoping that things don’t get messy. Flame has to fight with his Igneous Scepter due to not having the Igneous Flame blessing. He is also childhood friends with Aqua.
Flame is afraid of practically everything. He has been dubbed as ‘the screecher’ by many due to his high pitch screaming over anything. But besides being terrified, he is a very kind boy who wants to make friends and smile. He seems to be very much of a person pleaser around Sweetheart due to his curse, doing anything she wants.
Flame has a variety of outfits, ranging from his regular Prince suit to various of sportswear and more comfy clothing. All match his orange, red and yellow color scheme that is reminiscent of fire.
Flame has no powers whatsoever due to never receiving the Igneous Flame blessing as a baby. Instead he must use the Igneous Scepter which essentially serves the same purpose as the power blessing but being inconvenient due to how he needs to carry it with him everywhere. The scepter’s power ranges from starting fires to launching fireballs and Flame’s favorite thing to do for Sweetheart… roasting marshmallows. Most of the time if threatened, Flame will simply just smack you with the scepter instead of actually using its powers.
Scarlet: “My mother has done her absolute best for caring for me. As the Queen of our kingdom, she is very gracious to our subjects and makes sure that everyone is safe from any harm. She often checks in on me to make sure I’m okay… I-I’m getting older and can do things myself, but I’m happy that my mother still cared about me. Though sometimes when I’m around Princess Sweetheart, I see her and father get nervous…”
Burnard: “Father is such a wise king. It’s hard to believe that one day I’m going to have to step into his shoes and fill his role… it scares me… but father is making sure I am ready for that time and making sure that I ‘don’t scream at anything because it slightly moved 3 centimeters’… he does have a point there, I do scream at anything. I just can’t help it, I get so nervous! What if someone is out for me?! Father also makes sure to check in on me too… perhaps it’s because I am the only child that they’re very protective over me…”
Aqua: “Prince Aqua is— I-I mean was… he was my best friend. I don’t know what happened but one day he just decided that he didn’t like me anymore and started to be rude to me… we were friends since childhood and he was… my only friend so… it hurts, it really does hurt. I harbor no hard feelings towards him at all but now he’s trying to sweep Sweetheart away from me and I- I don’t like that… so I end up fighting with him a lot. I truly hope that he can listen to me one day again…”
Sweetheart: “*sigh* Oh, Princess Sweetheart. My cheeks always burn up around her. She’s so sweet and gentle, oh it was love at first sight… I-I like her I really do! I try not to let my feelings get the best of me but I cannot help myself… I appreciate her kind heart and gentle but filled with love hugs. For some reason around her, I don’t feel as scared anymore. I truly wish I knew her since childhood, but for some reason my parents always seem to be a wreck when I’m around her. A-am I doing something wrong?! Is my crush that obvious?! Oh dear…”
Peach & Mario: “Princess Sweetheart’s parents I must treat with the upmost form of respect! Her mother, Princess Peach, whom I wonder why she is not a queen but that isn’t my concern, is a beloved ruler by her kingdom and I will make sure that I am at my best performance around her. Her father, Master Mario, is very interesting for not being royalty. For a bit I didn’t know what to call him that is respectful until I heard an old toad call him ‘Master Mario’. Master Mario is a respectable hero of the Mushroom Kingdom and other neighboring nations and therefore I am also at my best performance around him as well. I must leave a good impression for Princess Sweetheart’s sake!… I am also very nervous that they don’t like me as well… I hope they like me…”
Larissa: “Ms. Larissa is a very interesting lady who seems to be around Peach’s castle sometimes. I see her hanging out with Princess Sweetheart and Master Mario when she is there so I am assuming that she is a visiting relative who seems to have magical powers to transform and fight. Very interesting but Sweetheart seems to really love her and brings her along with our activities sometimes.”

Sweetheart is the daughter of Princess Peach and Mario and future heir to the throne. She is one of the 3 main protagonists of Project: SFA.
Sweetheart was born and raised in the royal setting, as decided by her parents. She is very small for her age due to her short height. She also acts very naïve, but that is because she barely left the kingdom when younger. Sweetheart is a bit shy at first, but opens up and considers you a friend quite quickly. Once she knows you, she considers you family, even if you aren’t actually related to her.
She likes baking and eating… but mostly eating. She has a pretty big appetite. In the kitchen she likes to join in on her mother when she’s baking something up, which in return Sweetheart has learned to do a few things herself. Her and her father seem to really enjoy eating together… sometimes they are caught sneaking in a few extra snacks together.
Sweetheart has a variety of outfits, ranging from her regular dress to various of sportswear and more comfy clothing. All sport her light soft purple and heart motif. Sometimes her hair is also put into low pigtails with bows.
She seems to possess a power that neither of her parents know how to address. Signs of this mysterious power in her seemed to start appearing when she started to become a toddler. She doesn’t really know how to use them, which has caused some dilemmas in the castle… but also good things as well. But for safety precautions, they have placed an enchanted brooch on her that helps regulate these… powers. In the meantime, her parents are trying to look into what exactly her power is so she can grasp her ability without hurting anything if it ever gets that bad. Sweetheart herself thinks her powers come from the brooch rather than herself… there was a bit of a communication error and she didn’t fully understand what the brooch is for.
Peach: “Oh, I love Mama!! She’s always doing her best for the kingdom and I, and I really really really love her!! Her cakes are the absolute best ever and her and Papa always do fun activities with me!! Though recently she’s been busy preparing something… I think a coronation?… um… I don’t really know what that is but I will support her!! Go go Mama!!!”
Mario: “Papa is amazing!! He always makes sure that he tells me all about his adventures, ones from before I was here and many more! Papa and I really like to do things together, though Mama sometimes looks a bit annoyed… what’s so bad about waking up early on Christmas??? Papa and I do it all the time!!… what has Mama called it… um… chaos enabler!!!! I don’t know what that means but we have fun!!“
Luigi: “Uncle is also the BEST!!! He has a puppy!!!… who’s see-through!!! He lets me walk him around sometimes and got me my own dog plushie to practice at home!! I’ve also seen little bits of these blue papers he’s working on... I don’t really know what they are but I’m sure he’s working hard on them!”
Daisy: “Auntie Daisy is so cool!! She sometimes watches over me when Mama needs to do things with the toads and… she brings me to do things that Mama would NEVER let me do!! I am sworn to secrecy!! Auntie Daisy and I pinkie promised!!”
Flame: “Flame is one of my new friends!! He seems really nervous a lot of the time though, but he’s really nice!! He seems to do anything I say which I don’t know why… I just think he wants to make a good impression, but I consider him one of my best friends! He seems to have some mean feelings towards Aqua… I don’t understand why they fight…”
Aqua: “Aqua is my other new friend!! He’s very cool!! He likes to show off his skills and seems to have an adoring fanclub… but gets in fights with Flame. It makes me said that they seem to clash so often when I’m around… I’ll just try my best so they’re both happy!”
Ms. Butterfly: “Hmmm… I’ll tell you about Ms. Butterfly… just promise you won’t tell anyone else. Okay? Good! Ms. Butterfly is my friend!! She always seems to be there watching over me like my guardian angel… wait… maybe she is an angel… Ms. Butterfly is rainbow in colors and she appears to watch me and sometimes even joins in to my tea parties with my plushies! After a bit she does leave but I’m sure Ms. Butterfly must be busy! She’s a really pretty butterfly!!”
Toadsworth: “Toadsworth is like my grandpa!! He been teaching me how to be a princess just like he did with my Mama!… wait… how old IS he?…… Anwyays! He’s an old soul and is very nice to me… though he is also worrisome…”

Larissa: “Oh! Ms. Larissa is pretty quiet most of the time, but she’s very nice. Sometimes she comes and plays with me and the princes but sometimes she even fights with my dad! She something called a uh… a magical girl? I think that’s the term!!”
Sweetheart’s voice claims is Hanayo Koizumi from Love Live for both JP and EN ahaha. Her voice is very soft and sweet, just like her, so I think it fits well.
