Underwater Love, Loud House Style

When “LincolnKaiLanLoud01″ of DeviantArt requested this fanart of Lincoln Loud and Ronnie Anne in a kind of underwater embrace, they also specifically asked that I do it in the style of The Loud House.  Normally I don’t do artworks in someone else’s style, but I this case I’m willing to make an exception.  Also, I never watched the show, so I had to do an image search to get the style right.  Hope you appreciate the effort I made.

Once again I’m basing my “Marmay Challenge” drawing on one of the prompts in “JAVIERROMAN03″ of DeviantArt’s list.  This one features Molly and Gil from Bubble Guppies in a loving embrace.  I drew them this way because I figured they ,make a very cute and shippable couple.  Hope you think so too.

Reach Out and Embrace Someone: Riker and Troi

“Imzadi!” (”Sweetheart”, “Lover”)

When William T. Riker and Deanna Troi were reunited aboard the Enterprise-D, they resumed the close friendship/relationship they’ve had for years.  Of course Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the rest of the crew don’t mind this, as long as it didn’t interfere with their duties in Starfleet.  Troi may have gotten used to Riker’s short beard, but in “Insurrection” she made him shave it off. (This kind of behavior was caused by the metaphysic radiation coming from the rings around the Ba’Ku homeworld.) By the time “Nenesis” premiered, his beard had grown back...and he was all set to marry Troi at last, according to Betazoid tradition.  For those who don’t know, a Betazoid wedding is kind of like an Earth wedding, except for two major differences:

1. The groom takes on the bride’s surname. (So Riker will now be called William T. Troi.)

2. Everyone in the wedding, including the marriage couple, is NAKED!

If you had your choice of these weddings, which one would you want?

Usually hunting dogs are seen chasing birds, rabbits, and other small animals...but Snoopy would rather make friends with them.  This make some people like Charlie Brown concerned about that little dog, and wonder what life would be like with a regular dog.

These two Care Bear cubs are the most playful and friendly residents of Care-a-Lot, and are the first to greet any visitors to their homeland.

Reach Out and Embrace Someone: Hugga Bunch

These next two entries in my Valentine’s Day series feature some lesser-known 1980s characters called the Hugga Bunch.  These childlike beings come from a cushiony-soft and colorful place called Huggaland, which can only be reached through mirrors.  Their mission was to get everyone in our world to come together through friendship and love, and to embrace each other.  Their sacred creed was “Promise to hug at least once a day...With each hug you get, give two away”.  And we could sure need them at this time, what with all the fighting, isolation through oandemics, and depression...and who would be braver to stand up to such things than the Hugga Bunch?

The first one features Hugsy, the sole male member of the bunch and a true ladies’ man, embracing Huggins, the leader of the bunch.  In the second one, he’s getting some serious affection from two more members of the bunch: Tweaker (left) and Bubbles...and ENJOYING IT!!!  We could all use some of that love and embracing instead of violence and loneliness.

Reach Out and Embrace Someone: Pucca

Even after all these years, Pucca still loves Garu.  The trouble is, Garu lives by a code of the samurai which forbids him from experiencing such things.

The power of love is strong with these two teenage superheroes.  Perhaps one day they’ll trust each other more than enough to revel their true identities...and who knows what’ll happen after that?
