If you are a trans person on injections, I am BEGGING you-know how to do them yourself. It’s fine if your partner/friend helps out, but you *need* to be able to do them yourself (if you’re physically capable of doing so).

You don’t want to be stuck in a shitty situation where your partner/friend is unavailable and now you can’t do your own hormones! I’ve known friends who ended relationships and then just felt awful for weeks because they couldn’t do their own shots 😭

#if self administering IM injections is prohibitively difficult you can look at switching to SubQ too #i do my SubQ shots myself every week but absolutely could not bring myself to do the IMs
