I absolutely loved him in the quest Mr. Recas (english) voice is by far my favorite. It feels like a mix between Aventurines and Sampos but also with this unhinged nature to it. Also, the Assistant Director is incredibly cute.

And I hate (in a good way) that they make you choose between emergencies to assist with, because then you see that death counter go up afterward and know that some of those people died because you chose to help the other emergency situation
