#logan with his slutty waist and feral growl 🥰🤗
God I just fucking. I am so blown away when I watch any older movie. When they filmed on real sets and built elaborate props because cgi wasn’t an option. “Ohhh but you can tell it’s an animatronic it doesn’t even look reeaaallll” shut the hell your mouth. That is an actual physical thing that the actors could actually see and interact with. It is a billion times more “real” than the endless greenscreen bullshit you love so much.

we’re really out here living in an AI dystopian hellscape and this shit has just begun… the future is grim…
proof that holding companies publicly accountable and voicing your disdain for AI has an effect (though this is the second time WOTC has gotten caught using AI and they’ve released a similar statement - let’s hope this is the last time)
As a friend of mine who works in the social media marketing industry observed, every community is about to find out just how much of the marketing that goes on on social media is handled by contractors of contractors of subcontractors, and how limited the actual oversight conducted by the companies paying them are.
It's how this shit is going to get laundered, too. Corporations have counted on these layers of separation to protect them from liability from their marketing since basically always, and they're going to be leaning on them ever harder now.
Some company gets caught with AI shit in their marketing and products? "A vendor did it! A subcontractor! Not us! We would never!" but if a marketing campaign gets away with using AI shit? If it gets the clicks without the controversy? Bet you the companies aren't going to be complaining, or issuing retractions, or apologizing, even if they do find out it was full of plagiarized AI slurry.
It's going to fucking suck, it's going to suck so fucking bad. It already sucks so fucking bad.

Favorite Character Meme ✰ [6/6] Tropes
the lost boys (1987)
Please please please I know we all love Friends and Chandler was our favourite character and Matthew always put a smile on our faces and that’s all amazing but can we please please please talk about this:
“I've had a lot of ups and downs in my life. I'm still working through it personally, but the best thing about me is that if an alcoholic or drug addict comes up to me and says, 'Will you help me?' I will always say, 'Yes, I know how to do that. I will do that for you, even if I can't always do it for myself! So I do that, whenever I can. In groups, or one on one.
And I created the Perry House in Malibu, a sober-living facility for men. I also wrote my play The End of Longing, which is a personal message to the world, an exaggerated form of me as a drunk. I had something important to say to people like me, and to people who love people like me.
When I die, I know people will talk about Friends, Friends, Friends. And I'm glad of that, happy l've done some solid work as an actor, as well as given people multiple chances to make fun of my struggles on the world wide web...
but when I die, as far as my so-called accomplishments go, it would be nice if Friends were listed far behind the things I did to try to help other people.
I know it won't happen, but it would be nice.”
