Reading that "running into a past hookup of Emmett's (or Travis')", I had two thoughts. One, I agree that Travis is the horniest of them, all other factors aside. Two, consider the bonus mayhem if it was a hookup Emmett and Travis had in common (not at the same time ofc).
Re: the hook-up post
It would probably be terribly dramatic, because Travis, but I'd totally be here for it. Maybe Emmett also hooked up with Vegan Stir Fry Delivery Guy. Not sure who would be the most awkward about it, but we all know Travis would be the most weird about it.
But I can also see it being fine, depending on how they find out, because they started as just a random hook-up themselves, then were a torrid affair, so like, unless the hook-up is connected to either of them, nothing can be as awkward as that dinner with Daddy Dixon and Alicia.
Which brings me to what I think is the most awkward possible scenario: Emmett organizes a date, they have dinner at a nice restaurant, and it turns out to be Grant's. And like, Travis is panicking from the get-go, but also trying to keep quiet, because chef's stay in the kitchen so he doesn't have to ruin their date, it'll be fine.
But one of the waitstaff recognizes him and so Grant does show up, and he's fine, it's only a little awkward, but mostly it means that now Emmett and Travis have to talk out some of the same issues that popped up during Travis' relationship with Grant.
