JK’s latest liked tweet compares HRT to antidepressants in that they are both, “Pure laziness for those who would rather medicate than put in the time and effort to heal people’s minds,” and it’s hilarious to see people on Twitter making the connection between this ableist attitude and the way the apparent avatars of JK’s own depression, the Dementors, can be dispelled by Patronuses, i.e. literally just thinking really nice thoughts really hard.

Her books keep getting worse even when she’s not actively wizard-pooping new stuff into canon.

The ableism in her shit is super strong and I hope this wave of information prompts people to look into and recognize it going forward.

Can you all actually hold j.k. rowling responsible for her antisemitism. I barley see it mentioned in posts about her whenever her nonsense is brought up every few months. Stop leaving it out and making Jewish hurt an afterthought. When you leave antisemitism out when listing the things she’s done, it’s so obvious it’s because you think it’s “not that bad” or “not the worst thing she’s done”.

Antisemitism isn’t an afterthought and shouldn’t be left out. Call it by it’s name and hold her accountable for making Jewish caricatures in her shitty books. Especially if ur a white gentile.
