I will be able to look back on my teen years as spent on a television set just having the biggest bunch of fun.

It is very exciting to know that I’m working on something that has exceeded every expectation, from the day it premiered. Everyone in the team -actors, producers and writers- have put all our passion, which is the secret of his success: think big and freely. And fans appreciate the effort. It is strange that when I’m on set, we do not feel the pressure; I mean, we are always concerned that everything is perfect, but there’s not the weight of ‘this is the best show, do something worth it.’ We only respect the universe in which the story is built, and things flow by themselves. - Sophie Turner for Glamour Mexico (July 2015).

♡ sophie turner — Some days I want to look like a hipster kid, and then other days I want to be prim and proper. I really wish I had, like, seven lives so I could go from being a hipster one day to a punk the next. But that’s the great thing about fashion. In a way, it’s like acting, because you can try on all these different roles
Obviously, Game of Thrones has given me a platform to stand on and a ton of opportunities for other projects. But apart from that, my private life hasn’t been invaded that much, and I’ve got quite a good balance. Thrones has just pushed me to a level that’s not “famous” but “well known,” and hopefully I can use it to hop onto other projects.
It would be wrong to say that I’m not a feminist. Emma Watson’s UN speech about equality last September was great! We need more of that. When I hear women say “I’m definitely not a feminist.“ and “I think the man should work and the woman should stay home with the kids.“ I always think: “No, we should all have the same political, social and economic rights.“ People who say they’re not feminists are nuts. For me it’s natural. I’ve learned to think like that at my school. — Sophie Turner for Interview Magazine Germany.
“I’ve always had my business head on, it’s never been just a hobby,” she says. She turned down a place at the Royal Ballet School the same year. “I knew it would have to be drama or ballet, and I chose drama.” Sophie on acting [x].

I sleep whenever I have a spare moment. If I arrive on set and they tell me I have five minutes before hair and make-up, then I head straight to my trailer for a nap. - Sophie Turner for Stella Magazine (April 2015)
