Although it feels like hours, it’s only a matter of minutes before Ari finds himself pulling onto your street. Not wanting to call attention to himself, he immediately kills his headlights before throwing his truck into neutral, quietly gliding down the block. 

He already knows which home is yours – the one with the rose bushes out front. Stopping a couple houses down, the bounty hunter swiftly exits his vehicle. After triple-checking the gun in his waistband he knows it’s time to make his way to you. 

Ari moves with lethal grace, his corded muscles tense and ready to strike should an enemy make the mistake of crossing his path. As he gets closer, he spots Milton’s cruiser parked a ways down the block.

Ari is sitting at a table in towards the back, one with the perfect view of the whole restaurant. Normally when he's here hes taking business meetings in a private back room, but every once in a while he likes to dine up front with the patrons. After all this is his restaurant. It's his favorite of his legitimate business and he likes to make sure all his patrons are enjoying themselves.

You come rushing in and he clocks you immediately. You pique his interest as he watches you take off your coat and shake off the rain from outside. But he's not in the mood tonight so he figures he'll let you go without interference.

But to his complete and utter surprise he watches you pass the hostess stand and make your way back towards his side of the restaurant. Its another moment before he realizes your headed for his table.

One of his men over at the bar stands up ready to intercede on the mob bosses behalf but Ari stays him with a slight wave of the hand as you settle in across the table from him.

"I'm so so sorry I am late!" You apologize profusely a little out of breath but you still manage to flash this sweet, innocent and apologetic smile and introduce yourself without missing a beat.

One of the more senior staff comes over Ari assumes to shepherd you off but he's got a good feeling about you. It's the same kind of feeling he had about this restaurant, and the DA he just got elected. You see, Ari knows a winning prize when he sees one. And his gut tells him that he's just hit the jackpot with you.

So he tells the waiter to bring him another drink, and insist you need a minute to look at the menu. And decides to settle in and enjoy his date with you.
