About the cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

People need to calm the fucking down! I get it, the actors do not look like Emma and Rupert. But you know what? It’s just a play!! It’s an adaptation. You already have the perfect cast for you everytime you read the books and nobody can’t take that from you. So, chill out more and do less drama!

Also, to the people who criticizes who doesn’t like the cast: IT’S OK to be upset. We’ve grown up with a certain image in our heads of our favorites characters and it’s difficult to see completely different people portrait them. I remember when they announced the movie cast… people went nuts because Dan didn’t had green eyes! But assuming these people are racist is just stupid. THEY JUST DON’T LIKE THE CAST! They would react the same way if a white actor was chosen as Kingsley. I’m sure with time they’ll get over it lol. They will realize this is just an adaptation and that they’re overreacting.   

Just one more thing, just be happy you can see the play. There are a lot of Harry Potter’s fan who can’t and would go in a heartbeat if they had the chance (like me).

This kind of bothers me. Why are all the Death Eater’s wands so creepy?? Did Ollivander thought “Oh yeah, i’ll make ones with SKULS! I’m sure there are a lot of 11 years old boys that are gonna be super evil and it would be SOOO cool if the wand matched!”

And can you imagine if a sweet innocent little girl gets one of these wands? Hilarious.

I’m tired of people complaining about the time travel plot in Harry Potter. Yes, they never use the time turner to prevent the death of Lily and James Potter or kill Tom Riddle before he became Voldemort. But there were reasons for it!

Why would they try to save James and Lily if they were the reason for Voldemort’s disappearance? The ministry don’t care about the lifes of two people if they can save a million.

Rowling stated that one can only go back safely for about 5 hours. This reason alone explains why Voldemort wasn't stopped before he became unbeatable (he didn’t gain super power in 5 hours).

And of course the time turners had to be destroyed. No one wants an easy adventure in a fictional book!

I honest think that J. K. Rowling is one of the few authores that used the time travel plot right and that’s one of the reasons Harry Potter and the Prisioner of Azkaban is my favorite book.
