"Safehouse"

I love post-Winter Soldier AUs where Steve bundles Bucky off to a safehouse somewhere to lay low for a while. I love the transitory nature of the location, and all the ways writers have made each safehouse their own. (Are there homey touches and unlikely creature comforts? Or is it bare and utilitarian? Etc.) I was hoping to capture that vibe, here...I've tried so many variations, but nothing's quite working for me. At a certain point you've just got to say "fuck it" and move on.
