TSUDA KENJIRO DAY HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!!!
So I got the last of my month's orders today from StellaWorth and a few other little goodies... First up is a large illustration card from Shukan Soine (aka Sleepy-time Boyfriend) which came with a mook for the series I got off Y!Auctions... I have a copy already but it didn't come with this tokuten so I was pretty excited to grab it. I'll be selling this extra copy because I don't need it and it has the attached CD unopened but it really is a beautiful mook/artbook!! Big, beautiful full color spreads, sketches, short stories for every character and several page interview with Morikawa Toshiyuki~ I'll be selling it with my extra other Shukan Soine items I have that I don't need (I prefer keeping for my bias seiyuu/characters only) so watch for that if you're interested!
Next is the second volume of the 5 nin no Koi Prince drama CD! I started playing the game (only available in Japanese) but it also uses 2Dlive which makes them appear "alive" in that they move when talking and it's a fun little feature that separates it from other games. I listened to the 2nd volume of the CD and it really is the best out of the two, in my personal opinions. The second volumes has seiyuus Morikawa Toshiyuki, Nakai Kazuya, and Sugita Tomokazu! Morikawa is the Prime Minister, Nakai is a movie star, and Sugita is the butler to all 5 of the brothers. In the CD you have an opening dialog and a track where you go on a all-day date with one of the guys (even Sugita/butler gets track wheee) so it's mostly fluff... I think my favorite was Nakai's but Morikawa's was good too though his character is very ore-sama so when you put him in his place he is surprised. I liked the MC in it. Definitely my favorite of the two CDs but they had my favorite characters and seiyuus so I was happy. Because I bought both volumes through Animate I got a tokuten CD as well which is a 17 minute of them all together I believe. I haven't listened to it yet but will soon.
Next I got my second copy of Shinsengumi Kekkonroku Wasurenagusa volume 8 for Yamazaki Susumu (cv. Morikawa Toshiyuki) from Medialand which was the tokuten set! I got a badge strap, bromide, and poster (not pictured) and I'm really happy~ I bought a second strap off Y!Auctions so I can have a nice one on my shrine shelf and one on my 3DS with all my other Yamazaki and Shinpachi straps fufufu!
Today I got Toubousha volume 8 with Tsuda Kenjirou! I'm listening to it right now and it seems pretty good. He's a very touchy host and slightly genki type but so far cute and nice voice! I don't think I'm grasping much of the actual story though so I'll have to listen to it a few more times to grasp the plot behind everything but the MC here is also kind of nice because she's not afraid to slap him or push away his "host habit" touchy feely-ness lol
Also got both of the new Soine Hitsuji special volumes with Tsuda Kenjiro again and Toriumi Kousuke! I haven't listened to them yet so I can't say much but I did enjoy the samples on the BlackButterfly website so high hopes! MORE COUNTING SEIYUUS! Perfect for anyone learning Japanese and wants to know the tricky way of counting SHEEP. Sadly the same counting does not apply to other items like books, people, or things non-sheep LOL Counting in Japan is a difficult business and I'm still horribly struggling at it. I wish it was as easy as counting in English with just the number before the item... but in Japanese it depends on the "shape" of the object you're counting. Oh well lol I'll leave the counting to the seiyuus from now on...

Hmmm... I dunno. It really depends but I generally don't mind them so much as anime character voices but not really interested in them for my otome fix LOL But it may change in the future, I wouldn't put it past any of these guys because most of my biases used to be "too deep/old/low" for me when I first started. But then again I was still certainly new and overloaded with the variety of seiyuu voices... Now I've come to find the type of range I like, though it's certainly always growing/changing/evolving as new releases come out AHAHAH MY WALLET;;;
My brain is too dead to translate right now but today Rejet announced many new drama CD series, one of which has an adaptation of my eternal love - Romance of Three Kingdoms, now called Soubou Sangokushi.
This drama CD series will have 6 volumes in total, each having 2 discs and will start their sale from June onward in the following order:
The CD’s artwork is drawn by Nakagawa Waka (the mangaka for the Brothers Conflict side manga)
I was waiting to see when I'd see this series on my dash! I'd like to have checked out the website but all of the Rejet new release project sites are DOWN.... BIG WONDER EH? So the first thing I do when I saw this on my dash was, "OK, WHO DO WE GET THIS-- OMG MORIKAWA AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" AND IT'S ANOTHER 2-CD SERIES!! Probably picking up the broken hearts of the finished Wasurenagusa series... PROBABLY GOING TO KILL US AGAIN WITH THIS SERIES THOUGH ahahaha and we love it because fangirls are Do-M in regards to Rejet. AND LOOK AT THE DESIGNS!! AHHH SO CUTE~ I love all of the designsa fjapsoefiaspefo AND OMG The character design for Morikawa was a bit of a surprise for me (figured he was getting Nakai's I think?) STILL LOOKS SUPER CUTE THOUGH My night has been made. I CAN SLEEP WELL NOW.

I heard about this game a while back and finally remembered to download it. At first I was like “meh” because the art didn’t really appeal to me but it’s voiced, so I decided to give it a try.
Gonin no Koi Prince ~Himitsu no Keiyaku Kekkon~
Story: You work at a small patisserie owned by your dad’s friend. One day, you get a phone call from the Saionji Group that says you are able to inherit 500 billion yen (did I get that right lol?) but on one condition. You have marry one of company president’s 5 sons.
Mm kay story sounds kinda basic lol.
You get to choose from a surgeon, prime minister (lol damn), actor, manga artist, and a pro baseball player.
Cast: Koyasu Takehito, Morikawa Toshiyuki, Nakai Kazuya, Ishida Akira, Ono Tomoki, Sugita Tomokazu
The game is free to play but you can purchase items. It looks like you have to complete missions to get through the story.

The Kyuuketsuki Darling website updated with a banner that leads to a blog post with info about the upcoming fandisks. Yes, Fandisks. Three of them are planned for now, to be released somewhere in spring 2014, and they are a sort of epilogue or after story to the original CDs.

I liked my Nakai Kazuya (patisserie and low voice unf!) so I'll likely watch for this in the future! I also had the Yoshino Hiroyuki one (butler) which wasn't bad... Maybe I'll find myself interested in trying a few of the others too~

I can't say much about the releases themselves because, well, they literally arrived only minutes ago! Ahhhh~ So excited! I didn't realize I had so many Kuroda Takaya releases in one month lol!! I'm excited to have some more new Morikawa Toshiyuki and Maeno Tomoaki releases to enjoy, because I love my biases!! I also have plenty of lower voiced seiyuus this month too and fun CD concepts so I'm really excited! I'd love to go into more detail on them but I can't because I have to listen to them first~ I'm sure you'll hear from me though about which ones I enjoyed the most soon! AHHHH I WISH THEY ARRIVED EARLIER SO I COULD LISTEN TO MORE OF THEM BEFORE BED~ Which one do I start first!? Deciding is so hard;;;

Hana no bakumatsu koisuru chou
The official website for the upcoming situation CD series “Hana no bakumatsu koisuru chou” is up! The series also has a mobile game. The series takes place during the Bakumatsu period in Shimabara (pleasure district), Kyoto. Among the different pleasure quarters, there is the high-class “Kaenrou” with a strange rumour. “It is the entrance to the other world.” Once you enter the labyrinth of pleasure, you cannot return until you die.
I haven't tried this app yet but I think I'll be doing that over the weekend LOL Some good names in that list of seiyuus! Definitely on my watch list! Is this CD going to be adult/R18 or not though? And their Saitou design made me think of Okita at first LOL;;; Wasurenagusa/Hakuouki on the brain I guess...
