Rindou Care 101
How to Defrost a Rindou
- When the temperature drops below 18 °C, Rindou will begin to fall into a state of hibernation. Don’t be alarmed; she is alive and she is simply conserving energy.
- Proceed to find a heat source, e.g, a space heater or an oil stove. Small heat packs work wonders as well.
- Activate the heat source(s). For a space heater or oil stove, set to medium-high and place beside your frozen Rindou. For heat packs, set gently atop her head. The more heat sources, the better.
- Wait approx. 6 mins for the thawing process to be complete.
*If oil stove is in use, serve tea for best results.

A short-tempered, foul-mouthed chef named Ryou Kurokiba and his restaurant’s staff fall under the spell of a magical food critic, who turns him into the “Mad Dog” that his attitude reflects. The curse will remain, and the restaurant is doomed to fail until he learns to show respect and love, and be loved and admired in return.
A year goes by, but the spell remains strong; the staff had all but lost hope in returning to the daily hustle and bustle of the kitchen.... That is, until one fateful, stormy evening, a spirited and brilliant young heiress by the name of Ms. Alice Nakiri stumbles through the dusty doors of the forsaken restaurant....
Will Alice be the one to draw out the mad beast’s cold heart? Will Ryou ever chill? Will she drive him even madder? Will the curse EVER be lifted?
No one knows, but only one thing is certain...
