Hey, I can admit when I'm wrong. And when my ear mixes up somewhat similar vocalizing. Yes, it might not be a version of "Doomsday".
Since then, I've seen a suggestion somewhere else that it may be a variation of "The Doctor's Theme" (aka "Flavia's Theme") Understandably, this song already has many variations throughout the series.
If anyone wants to share their thoughts, then feel free. :)
