No, Vhagar [4/?]
The following incident that made Aemond rise his brows, was after he had taken a leisure flight with Vhagar and was returning to the Dragonpit.
Sure, the people who worked there knew the risks, but that didn't change the fact that every single day could be their last day if one of the dragons was in a mood and their rider wasn't on hand to calm it down.
That's not even mentioning the riderless dragons, who could be more of a wildcard than those with riders.
Unless said dragon was Vhagar, of course.
Aemond and Vhagar were arriving at the dragon pit, when one - whom Aemond would later describe as - an utter fool made too many noises near Vhagar and since the idiot was carrying a lance, Vhagar gave out a warning roar. One that was completely ignored as the man began to yell something Aemond couldn't quite understand. Truth be told, he wasn't paying attention.
The idiot approached Vhagar and one growl later, a blast of fire came out and the man was lit up like a candle that melted too fast. And Vhagar did not wasted time in feasting on the now dead keeper.
Aemond sighed, "No, Vhagar."
It was much later, after they had feasted, that his father called upon him. A strange occurence, to be sure, so he followed his father into the chamber that held the model of Old Valyria.
"Tell, son..." His father hesitated. "Are you sure that you have a good control of Vhagar?"
It took all his strenght not to snap at his father. Of course he did! "Aye, I do father. Why would you think otherwise?"
"Because a keeper of the Dragonpit came to me and told us what happened after your return." His father was giving him a disappointed look. He resisted the urge to roll his eye. "I have already sent coin to the keeper's widow, and it will come from your purse."
"Aemond, I mean it. Be careful that Vhagar behaves properly. It would not be good for the crown to have to pay wergild every time she misbehaves."
"Of course father. Something else?"
"Nothing else my boy. You are free to leave."
Aemond bowed and gave his back to his father, only then did he allowed himself to roll his eye.
