Tuesday Theme Day - Keto + Veggie
I’ve had a few of my friends become Keto recently, and I’ve noticed fewer options for vegan or vegetarian keto meals. Try these Keto and veggie friendly meals for a low carb option!*
*note: I am not recommending combined Keto and Vegan/Vegetarian diets. Personally, I see Keto as a good option for the occasional meal when you are also Vegan/Vegetarian. This is due to the difficulty in balancing macros as a vegetarian/vegan with the extremely low carb diet.
That being said, If you are interested in Keto and being Vegetarian/Vegan be well read - here is a how-to guide to managing your diet: Keto Vegetarian Diet | Keto Vegan Diet
