Hello Anon!!!

Thank you for the ask!!! <3 My priority at the moment is finishing Sleep No More. I actually wrote a good chunk of the next chapter this morning! :-) As for my other future WIPs in order, I have:

The Sequel to Ghost Girl's Guide to Ketterdam
People of the Air (Kanej bring their first child to the Suli caravan)
The Alys Van Eck Legally Blonde AU
Wylan (Orpheus) and Jesper (Eurydice) Hadestown AU

Then whatever catches my fancy, I suppose! :-)

My senior honors thesis was called Chasing Gloriana: Allegory and Gender in The Faerie Queene. It is most certainly weird at times, but it exactly my brand of weird. Also, one of my abandoned NaNoWriMo projects from years past was loosely based on the House of Pride passages from Canto IV and V. I did a modern version of Lucifera, who was an absolute joy to write. One day I might tear that draft apart for scraps because there's a lot of garbage there, but there are some gems too, I think.

Omg. I would never ignore such a great question! I definitely want to write more within this series--especially because I love the found family trope so much--but I hadn't sat to think deeply about it yet.

That being said, this message DID just give me the idea for a fic. Now I'm picturing a 5+1 fic over the years of Ghafa family gatherings, each centered on a different recipe. (Because now I NEED a scene of Inej cooking with her mother.)

I'm currently buried in the library finalizing a pilot study for my dissertation--BUT when I emerge next week, I know what I'm writing. :-)

So, five things that I like about myself.... Hmmm, this is harder than I thought. Okay, here we go:

1. I think my eyes are kinda pretty. They are blue and occasionally do things like intensely match my shirt and stuff.

2. I'm a fairly good writer when I put my mind to it. I get lost in language. The trouble nine times out of ten is actually finding the time to make it to the page.

3. I'm firmly and undeniably a Hufflepuff with everything that comes with it. I'm hard-working, friendly, loyal, and just. Plus, Hufflepuff common room is by the kitchen, so there's that too. Badger pride!

4. I've practically memorized every movie score in existence and can tell you the exact scene that is playing at any given moment. This is a fairly useless skill that I often use to annoy my friends. Also, I enjoy playing the clarinet.

5. I love to smile. And laugh.
