ENTJ says something unintentionally mean.
INFJ: Hey you fuck, keep going and you are going the way back on your own
ENTJ: I was trying to be nice!
INFJ: Well, you failed. Try again.

INFJ: So ISFJ’s boyfriend is so nice. One of those very polite humans.
ENTJ: I hate polite people.
INFJ: That’s why we are friends.
What unhealthy function/type (if there’s one specific one) would try to deal with jealousy by denying it exists and acting friendly and bubbly with everyone, probably in an attempt to get external validation, but also totally cold-shouldering the people that they blame for the feeling?
Without further information, I’d say the person that inspired you to make that question could be any type going through a very petty moment. I will try to hypothesise but keep in mind that this is just me divagating.
Again, all types can do these sort of things and the fact that one specific person behaves like this is not generalisable. I hope this helps, anyway.
– INTJ
I am guilty of doing this.
INTJ: It feels like a failure.
INFJ: No! The fact that you tried is honestly a success n itself
INTJ (rolling eyes already): Yeah. Sure.
INFJ: Dude.
INTJ: I mean, sure, I can “appreciate” that type of mindset, but it doesn’t apply to my own mind.
INFJ (Laughing hysterically): Omg. You freaking air quoting while you say appreciate was a dagger to my heart, asshole.
xSFP: Do what feels natural :D
xNTJ: What the shit. I don’t fucking know what that means. Why do people come to you for advice. Bonus: xNTP: So much unnecessary planning. I just directly follow my most juicy ideas. That’s how the fire started.
I have bizarre insights and ideas in my mind. I always get INTJ (sometimes ENTJ) on cognitive function tests and to be honest, I thought I am using more Ne than Ni. I also get comments that I am insensitive, well the truth is that I don't want to invest emotions on things since it's draining my energy. Is it possible that I am not an INTJ? Or I am just too skeptical? Thank you!
Both INTJ and ENTJ use Ni. You can still have a good use of other cognitive functions that are not necessarily the first ones in your type. However, there will always be two functions that you use the most: your dominant and auxiliary functions; and the best way to type yourself is to identify these ones. Feeling “drained” by emotions is very common among xxTx types, that doesn’t really make you “less” of an INTJ. I recently wrote a text explaining the differences between Ni and Ne, you can find it > here If reading the differences between Ni and Ne isn’t helpful enough, you can send another ask and we’ll try to help. I’ve been thinking of making a “cognitive functions guide”.– INTJ
ME ME GUESS MY TYPE! I have an interest in economics, linguistics, music, psychology and theoretical things. I give off a very intimidating aura but when you talk to me you'll realise that "holy shit this one is a meme" I am devoid of emotions, I have a schedule which I can never break and I like memes a lot and being alone.
Either an ENTJ that needs their alone time or the classic INTJ. Either way, you honestly rock.– INTJ
Guess my type: I like to spend time alone sometimes, delighting a book or writing (though one takes way less work), but I like hanging out with my friends too. I love to discuss and get to know other people's opinions/points of view, but I prefer to listen, not talk - though I talk when I am with a more introverted person. I pretty often take lead in group projects, because everybody else is playing around xD Good luck and I love your blogs!
- Soft but efficient.- Social but introspective. You’re an ENFJ.– INFJ
I was thinking INFJ all along, then you said you normally lead in group projects because everyone else is playing around and that sound so xNTJ. But you probably wouldn’t think it was funny if you were one, so I’ll stick to INFJ.–INTJWe’re glad you like the blog, your feedback is very much appreciated.
