Literally every episode Raven gets tortured in some way.
Do you still not have any ships on the 100??
I lean towards Bellarke but this season has been such a mess I’m finding it hard to even like most of the characters anymore. Let alone ship them.
Although I do still love Abbey/Kane.
I have absolutely no interest in this ‘who will take over from Lexa’ story-line.
Take me back to the escape, please.
#in which everyone knows that bellamy loves clarke #even if they’ve only spent 10 seconds with him
ALSO:
Together.
#honestly this is so important#and it says a lot about them and their relationship#clarke has honest to god done the best she could#she is 18#she should not be making any of these decisions#and yet she did and she did the best she could#and all these people#(who are all important to her)#are telling her that she fucked up#that she did the wrong thing#that she is to blame#and she doesn’t need any more of it#and then there’s bellamy#who is arguably the most important person to her at this point#telling her that she is not alone#she does not have to suffer alone#she will be okay#it’s him saying ‘i know you tried and you fought so hard and i’m here for you no matter what’#and that is exactly what she needs right now x
Of all the relationships on The 100 I find myself shipping Clarke's mum and the dude that was Desmond on Lost.
Oh my God.
And people think the CGI on OUAT is bad?
LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT A TRULY AMAZING SHOW THAT MIGHT GET CANCELED
So my favorite show, the 100, has low ratings and a strong possibility of being canceled so I thought I’d get the word out about it because I honestly think it is the best show on CW right now and I have provided some solid reasons why. [I have quoted many other tumblr users because I thought they provided some good insight]
1. POC and Biracial Representation: There are about 4 or 5 groups of people, and only one is lead by a white male but that’s because he’s a “shady white male politician that we’re supposed to doubt” (leepacy). "6/12 of the main and important secondary characters are POC; of the five leaders in the show there are two women, two POC men, and one POC woman. Many of the POC are biracial, which is fantastic because biracial POC are generally underrepresented" (fuffuster).
2. Realistic Female Characters: All of the female characters are realistic and dimensional, and are not sexualized like many are in the Sci-Fi genre. ”Okay, nothing pisses me off more than armors that unnecessarily showcases a woman’s boobs or curves or ass *cough* bikini armor, so I’m really glad this show steered clear of that” (semi-ordinary). “The female characters are demonstrated to be just as competent as the male characters are, one of the ‘omg a woman messed up and caused a huge catastrophe’ plot lines that abound in some other Sci-Fi drama. One of the male characters who wants the girl doesn’t end up getting her just becuase he did something heroic. Realistically, his heroic actions do not make her magically interested in him. He didn’t ‘earn’ the right to be with her just because he saved her or anyone else.” (fuffuster).
3. Multiple Intricate Story Lines and No Shitty Filler Episodes! "I don’t know about you, but I like stories that start at the end of a story, because then anything can happen and the writers can build on the past and future easily without making us feel like it’s just piling on episodes. Each episode actually has a purpose" (semi-ordinary). "This show is designed to take a hard, close look at how individuals and groups survive when faced with hostile, often toxic environments" (elschaaf). There are also some great parallels and symbols and motifs that would make an English teacher shit themselves. My personal favorite involves Bellamy, Murphy, and a red belt so keep an eye out for that one!! It also highlights the transformation they go through as characters and how their relationship drastically changes, which brings me to the next point…
4. CHARACTERIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT!!! The characters develop realistically, and their motives are understandable - often causing you to feel sympathetic, even when they commit murder. ”Every character is morally ambiguous and completely gray. No one is perfect. No one always makes the right choices. And there are consequences when the wrong choices are made. [This show] looks especially hard at how and if those individuals and groups are able to maintain their humanity under [hostile, often toxic, environments]. There is absolutely incredible character development that each character displays. These people are constantly flux as they face new and harrowing situations and learn more about themselves in order to survive and protect each other” (elschaaf).
5. LGBTQ / Anxiety Disorder / Disabled Representation: One of the strongest and most intelligent female characters becomes disabled as the result of a fight, and is proving to be quite inspirational as she overcomes her struggles (and continues to be the genius engineer she is). ”The writers have stated that while it has not been seen yet, they are excited about future plot lines that will represent a realistic view of LGBTQ relationships in that environment” (elschaaf). ”One of the characters realistically deals with an anxiety disorder after enduring trauma” (fuffester).
6. THE CAST IS BOTH TALENTED AND ENGAGING. The cast is extremely enthusiastic about the series, which is evident in the superb performances they put forth on camera. From the extras to the leads, many (including the writers) are fully present on social media, answering fan questions whenever they can. ”When you watch the 100 live on TV you know some of the cast members are going to be tweeting live as they watch with you. THIS is how you interact with the fans!!!” (semi-ordinary). “[The 100] has a strong, well-played ensemble cast who are passionate about their project and speak up about it regularly on social media” (elschaaf).
So in summary, WATCH THE 100!!! Here are some places where it can be found:

I don't really have a shipper preference (although I suspect I'll end up leaning more towards Clarke/Bellamy than anything else).
