Allright, I sort of promised myself I wouldn’t do a thing like this again, but the fear that is running through me at the thought of ACTA growing roots in our day and age is not cool. And I say that with extreme understimation, because this is so so terrifying.
What is ACTA? ACTA stands for Anti Counterfeit Trade Agreement. It was made to stop counterfeiting of copyrighted/protected products (pirated stuff). It was also made to protect those artists that make a living on their music/art/photographs and keeping people from copying their work to make own winnings. So this would be like an - International Copyright law.

ACTA will give your internet provider the right to perform surveillance on you and whatever it is you do on the internet - wether it be looking at nice guys on imdb.com, researching for a school project, sharing a file with your friend through InstantMessenger or PROTESTING AGAINST SHITTY LAWS LIKE ACTA.
What?
Everything you do on the internet will be screened. If you copy a copyrighted ‘Merlin’ article onto your tumblr/site, upload a video of you and your friends CosPlaying with the ‘Merlin’ theme in the background, or upload an image of the Merlin cast on the NTA’s - you might find yourself in big trouble. Your internet service provider will be bound to give out this information to the copyright holder (owner of article, audio and image), and then they will decide what course of action to take. This could mean suing you for copyright infringement.

^^^ That will not make any sense, since you are not ‘fraudulently imitating’ something if you copy an article or photograph and paste it onto your site.
So what does this mean for me?
Tumblr, FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, Myspace, and so so so many more sites RUN on MEMBERS USING THEIR WEBSITES to upload, share and create things. Can you imagine what will happen if ACTA comes to pass? What will happen to those sites? What will happen to your own creativity if you can’t even share anything for people to comment on, give you feedback, give you the nourishment to grow as an artist?
This isn’t just about having the right to share an image of boybands to fangirl/fanboy with your friends, this is about allowing the internet to stay a free and uncensored place for everyone to take part in.
Want to know the worst part of it all?
Most of the world had embraced a democracy - the right that everyone can make themselves heard, and the right that you as a citizen have to vote in elections and have a voice in how you want to live in your country.
ACTA is currently being negotiated and decided on in secrecy.
You are wondering why there hasn’t been more news about this? Maybe you should think about why that is. You can’t write news, if there’s nothing to report. This is what the country representatives want.
Does this seem fair to you? No. It really doesn’t.
Imagine what it would do, if you’re in a country where thousands of people are dying because they opposed a dictator, you’re trying to get a video or article onto the internet to spread the word - asking for help and awareness — if the country signed ACTA, they could use that law in the wrong ways and censor/shut down whatever you’re trying to tell the world.
21 countries have already signed the treaty - but this doesn’t mean that they will follow the law - it could have been an act to show they would think about implementing it. This is not the end. We still need to keep everyone aware of this, because it seems people are forgetting way too soon.
SOPA and PIPA may be incapacitated for now, but ACTA is growing wildly and needs to be stopped in whatever way possible.

I hate what Morgana did but I still feel sorry for her.

So I started talking to this girl on Twitter yesterday. She seemed pretty cool. We seemed to have a lot in common, like, Merlin, music, wrestling and she told me Katie McGrath was going to get a Twitter so I was like, YAYAYAYAY. :D
And today we were talking again.
And then some guy on Twitter was apparently insulting her and Katie. Idek. So I backed her up a bit.
But the guy basically said Katie isn’t a convincing actor because the script isn’t great and I kinda agree there. Katie’s awesome. Everyone knows I have a massive girlcrush on her but the script isn’t great, which doesn’t help her get her character across in the best way possible.
So then this girl blew up at me saying Katie’s better off without fans like me and about how I’m insulting her and how I’m not a real fan.
Uh, what? Where am I insulting her?
All I said is that he’s entitled to his opinion and we have no right to attack him for it whether we agree with him or not. I didn’t say she’s a shitty actress. I love her.
I worry for people these days.

So. Much. Merthur. It was so beautiful. I loved that this was a pretty serious episode yet it managed to stay funny throughout. It was nice to see some direct interaction between Morgana and Merlin. I'm finding Morgana's character difficult to accept though. You'd think she's feel some remorse but she's done a complete 180 to the point where there's absolutely no turning back and that confuses me. Merlin aside, Gaius always took care of her so I don't get why she's so evil about him too. The whole "you don't appreciate Merlin" aspect was nice to see and the Merthur moments were beautiful. It was hilarious to see Morgana's reaction to Old Merlin/Emrys, haha and the little fight between them was cool. Nice to see some more Gwaine. That line about ale in his ears was so so appropriate, haha. Such an awkward scene with naked Arthur. God, I loved the feel of this episode. ALSO. BIGGEST RELIEF OF MY LIFE. Arthur isn't as dumb as we think! He was suspicious of Agravaine, which pleased me. Hopefully, despite what he's told Arthur about his mother and Gaius, there will still be some slight suspicion. I really feel like at some point someone needs to tail him next time he goes on a little trip to see Morgana! ¬¬ Some people will probably just see this as filler but I think it's pretty important. Morgana makes contact with Emrys. Arthur seems to consider Merlin as a closer friend. There's suspicion as to where Agravaine's loyalties lie. It ties in to the following episode. Oh and Arthur was finally bared completely to Gwen.
We can all safely conclude I am the greatest person in existence.

- So, like, Lancelot's been dropped to developmental but I heard he'll be back with a heel turn soon enough and form a stable with Morgana&co.
- Gwaine has great in-ring and mic skills as a babyface but he's being seriously under-utilized. He's not just a piece of ass, dammit!
- And Gwen should really work on her mic skills. Creative need to stop giving her the same lines for every promo she cuts.
- And and and... Once Mordred is done with other promotions, he should resign his contract as a heel too. :'D
- Arthur's got charisma, mic skills and good in-ring ability but you can't help but think about how much his dad got him into the industry. Thankfully, he's booked like a proper babyface, rather than like superman!
