I want to draw it but it would definitely take time that I don’t have, and won’t have for a while, so I’ll just throw my driving headcanons here so that I don’t forget them :

  • Virgil will sit at the wheel and have an existential crisis about the dangers of driving. It’s been half an hour and everyone is getting late. Give him another ten minutes to admit it might be better to let Logan drive.
  • Logan actually starts the car after checking absolutely everything to make sure all is in order. That’s another fifteen minutes lost, and he will abide by the rules while also telling everyone not to open the windows. It’s frustrating. It really is.
  • Patton drives pretty well, but also pretty slow. Very slow. Often takes his eyes off the road to look at the others sitting at the back, giving Virgil a heart attack. Waits for the hedgehogs and every small animal to have crossed before starting again. 
  • Roman loves to take dramatic turns, and keeps having speed contests with cars that overtake his (is this the right word, I don’t know). Also takes his eyes off the road when he crosses someone way too hot for their own good. Blasts Disney songs. All in all, it’s pretty nauseating. Send help.
  • Why would anyone let Remus drive. What are even speed limits. What are roads. What are left and right lanes. He’s driving with his hands in the air or his eyes closed, or both. Everyone is yelling that they’re going to die, and frankly the fact that he keeps commenting how fun it would be to run straight towards that cliff doens’t help. He’ll stop right before taking a dive, but still, who gave him the keys. At this point no one cares about being late anymore.
  • Janus is much calmer, and not too slow, but taking orders from road signs is somehow insulting. Stop and no transit signs are apparently just indications to shortcuts to him. He’ll shout for everyone to shut up so he can focus on the road Virgil is once again having a heart-attack. So are Logan and Patton. Chances are he’ll just get them lost, but he won’t admit it.

Maybe that was the reason Remus wouldn't have argued against it. He never tried to change him, not even a little."

And I'm done ! In case anyone asks where Remus' mustache is, I repeat, they're 13, and even his great willpower hasn't granted him facial hair yet. Janus has a lot of birthmarks, Remus has a black eye, they're matching.
