Before I sleep thoughts ( I have to finish my carrd properly lmao ) but I view celebrían as politically sound minded. she’s incredibly clever and well studied. She is an extension of her parents and is essentially an emissary and representative of Lorien. she isn’t just frolicking in trees all day, she goes there to hide and read of course. But she can debate, plan, plot, develop with the best of them. I firmly believe in many circumstances during rop she would have been extremely beneficial to major events. she’s active as a noble and diplomat, very involved in community, very well liked and level headed. She might be the only member of her family not giving the high king headaches if I’m being honest.

okay, well, tried to decorate at work and literally everything went wrong and fell apart so I’m hanging onto some semblance of my sanity here. I’m also going to make a blog for all the oc kiddos that have taken life in my brain and I might either put eowyn on there and leave Arthur as a single g blog. Or pop him on there too not sure. all I know is cel owns like 85% of my brain cell rn.

i just wanted to take a hot minute and say that i am so wildly grateful for this fandom. i am grateful for the people ive met and the people ive gotten closer to because of a shared love for Tolkien and fantasy genres. i was really nervous to write her, i still am most days and i wrestle with some pretty intense rsd. but this environment is so warm and filled with such creative and passionate writers that it makes it easier to nestle right into my own little hobbit hole and write to my hearts content. for the friends that listen to me info dump and scream and support all my ideas, i hope you always have the freshest cookies right out of the oven and everything you’ve ever desired. my writing has never flowed like this, my ideas have never flowed like this. i know im being so mushy on main but before creating celebrían, i was in a very very very rough state emotionally and mentally. this place, this blog has really been a safe place for me and i hope it can be for you too. i know that each and every one of you would make the man himself proud.

All things considered, she’s 5’8” which is not impressive by elven standards even a little bit. and that being said, she can climb a tree faster than anyone…faster than any galadhrim… actually, likely better than any other elf. if you want to love her, make peace with trees. or escape into nature with her.

going to make my Arthur Dayne’s ( @arinmacil ) main Tolkien arc involve protecting celebrían in some way because he’s destined to protect silver haired little shits.
