I just saw your candle making post, and I remembered this video I saw that said to make a candle with canola oil. Canola oil's flash point is much lower than the temperature at which a wick burns. Such a bad idea. If people want to do homemade candles with anything but wax they need to make sure it's safe. I just wanted to put this out there so maybe less people get hurt.

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I have been practicing secular witchcraft for a few years now and recently I was told that due to me being ftm trans (i started practicing when I still identified as cis-female) I can no longer practice witcraft. Is this, well, true? I had never heard anything like that but it's been making me very nervous about my craft.

Excuse me? Who on earth told you that? The truth is, anybody of any gender (or lack-thereof) can practice witchcraft. Witchcraft is a skill which can be learned by all, it does not have a preference. Now you go do your witch thing and pay no attention to this utter nonsense.
