Mold and I have a spy vs spy relationship in which I try to find it in the back of my family’s fridge to clean out and the mold gets me with the one thing I want to eat at 1am in the dark
The only exception to this is hard cheeses because the mold does not spread through the entire cheese.
You can remove 1/2 inch from every affected surface of the cheese and it will be ok. All other foods I 100% agree though.
