Ford came to Bill ready to kill him Pissed about the tattoo and everything else of course. However Bills simp ass immediately caved, pointing out just How many atrocities Ford committed just to survive and to get to him so far. Ford reluctantly made a deal with Bill, to stay by his side as a disciple in exchange for Bill staying away from his home dimension.
It took a few more years before Bill won ford over Completely, Ford mostly ignored him for those, just taking notes and observing.
However.. He does get to see Just what Ford is capable of quite frequently when he assists Bill with other dimensions to conquer.
Sometimes bill doesn't even have to lift a finger.

thank you so much im glad you like it!!! mostly time, he agreed to stay by Bills side to help him take over other dimensions after confronting him, mostly after realizing it was the best possible way to ensure Bill leaves his home dimension alone.
Sharing a vessel (fords body) a majority of the time and having Bill all up in his business 24/7 helped allot, they grew close again and things went from there! (doesnt help that he realized after 10 years in survival mode, he was no better than Bill at that point)
