Habits and productivity are going ever so sloooooooooooooooooowly....
My screen time has been improving, from about 6 hours daily to about 4 and I'm trying to keep mindful of how close to my face I hold my phone.
🦎 I also really need to do a more proper screen detox as I just don't know what to do with myself anymore, even if it's still about going on yt or social media. It's not that fun anymore. And I don't read that often at all now! Plus I've been getting quite bored of my spotify playlists and sometimes even just can't find any songs that I want to listen to..
But! I'm getting back into drawing a lot more often now, I've been practicing playing my violin too and am rereading They Both Die At The End by Adam Silvera for an easy read.
