༻`` 22 & 23 Mar 24 — Friday and Saturday
100 days of productivity 65 & 66/100
For some reason I kept thinking today was Friday.. I didn't finish all my chemistry notes but I finished 1 booklet and highlighted previous notes and I'm really happy with that anyway! Also, I did 25 pushups practically in 1 go!!! It's my goal for this month (which I've been building up to since January, around which I could barely do 1 pushup!)
Journalled today too and here is my plan:
- I will keep micellar water and nail things by the sink (to improve and encourage general skin care)
- I will keep my dog's leash on my desk (to encourage walking them more often —3x a week)
- And I will get up to do something at 4.30 every day, even if only to sit back down after (to get some momentum and energy for other tasks)
For the remaining days of my 100dop I will report on my progress, as well as on my sleep schedule (🌙 10.30, ☀️6.30) —I was gonna say that it's 10.25 and I can actually still hit that goal today WOO!!!! But no its 11.25 TvT....
