Fun Fact: in Ireland, we have a brand of Orange Soda called Club Orange.

Club is made with real orange juice. And to make sure you know that it's made with real orange juice, they do something no other Orange Soda that I know of does:

Club Orange contains Orange pulp.

I need to point out that this is a very popular brand in Ireland. We like the juicy bits, as they're called.

To the point where there is an Ireland-exclusive Fanta flavour, that specifically exists purely to rival a Club flavour: Rock Shandy.

Club's Rock Shandy blows Fanta Rock Shandy out the fuckin' water, though.

The thing that gets me about calling football inspired fashion 'blokecore' is that both in the country I have roots in (Ireland) and in my country (England), the women are better at women's football then the men are at men's. The girls in green make the world cup, the boys don't. The lionesses win tournaments and reach finals, the lions don't. The idea that football is for 'blokes' is outdated and sexist.

“I know you’ve interviewed Daniel Levy. And something he said resonated with me — and I have it here — that it’s possible to hold onto three truths simultaneously. One, the militant attack on Israeli civilians was unconscionable, inhumane and in violation of international law. Truth number two, Israel’s collective punishment against Palestinian civilians and its actions in Gaza are unconscionable, inhumane and in violation of international law. And truth number three, one must address the context of the occupation and apartheid in which this is unfolding, if one is to maintain integrity and be able to plot a strategy, going forward, in which both Palestinians and Israelis can live in freedom and security.” - Catherine Connolly, TD
