I do this thing that helps me to eat much slower, it is kind of strange though. But basically, I put on something to watch and create a rule when I'm allowed to eat. Like when specific characters appear or a certain word is said. Not sure this will help but it works for me ~🕯️🍒🌙
what to do instead of eating:
- clean your room
- draw/paint
- collages (i use them for inspo)
- crochet
- write stories/poems/letters
- diy (i like to make flowers or cute gifts)
- read
- thrift clothes
- learn a new dance
- research random topics (cults, free will, dinosaurs, literally whatever)
- try on outfits
- create playlists
- play games
- bake/cook for others (strangely soothing)
