It has been a busy day for the son family. A lot has happened today. They did their usual routine with Chichi cleaning the house, Goku training + additional studying of that driving test chichi keeps nagging about and Gohan studying, but they were happy because the one person they missed was finally back and that's all that mattered. The house was quiet. Goku was in the kitchen trying to slip in a few fruits because he just has to get one small snack before he goes to sleep~
After slipping a few more grapes into his mouth and drinking nice cold water, goku rubs his tummy joyful with a big smile on his face while licking his lips. “MMM MM MM!! That sure was good!” He closes the cold fridge and walks slowly, tiptoeing upstairs tying not to wake his son until… TO LATE. Just then the little boy with spicky hair pops his head out of the covers, “Night daddy~!” “heheh Night son”, Goku chuckles to himself. He probably did make a little to much noise in the kitchen?
Goku then goes up stairs where his beautiful wife. Man she’s pretty, Goku smiles widely to himself while thinking about this. Is it possible to still get butterflies when he’s around her? He still doesn’t understand love but when he’s with her he’s sure that she is the definition of love and all things that are beautiful in life. He then opens the door to their bedroom. His heart stops.
She is sitting there brushing her hair like always. That beautiful long hair he loves so much. That hair that only he can intertwine and gently stroke and feel. “Hey there” She smiles to him through the reflection of the mirror. “Hey!”, he smiles back. It’s weird but sometimes she makes him feel like a kid. Or sometimes it’s the other way around. Most people have only see her as the workaholic house wife that nags and yells all day.
but only he has seen the side of her where she is the most funnest person to be around. Sometimes she likes to jump on the bed while dancing and singing to the radio that is playing in their bathroom. For some reason she doesn’t like to do this when Gohan is around the house because she doesn’t feel it’s “motherly” or proper. He also found out that she shares the love for rock songs just like him! How cool is that?!
"Well since you been doing good last week I’ll let you slide this time. It’s only Monday, but tomorrow I want you to study again." PHEW he thought. He then stands up feeling confident. "OK I’ll do it!"
This was really nice! I like how you’re one of those people who think that Chi-chi is actually a really nice woman and that she indeed loves Goku and her family, like fuck everybody who says she’s a bitch. She’s great and she can be annoying but she loves her family and she just want them to be safe and sound ;v;!

I wanna hear some headcanons of this ^ it’s hard to tell if goku would actually do something? but now that I remember roshi was caught doing the “paffu paffu” thing in Yo son goku returns! hand he didn’t do anything…:/
I think Goku doesn't care about that kind of things, I can't see him as someone 'possesive' and he knows Chi-chi can take of herself just fine, maybe if she had trouble in a situation like that he'd help her but not out of 'jelously' but just to help her.
