Well, it is understandable, since Chaozu looks like (and even sounds like) a kid, even though he literally looks like a doll. Though, we have no idea how old he is, so he could older than he looks…
I think about Chaoz as an adult. I really don't know what the hell he is, is he a doll? A kid? An alien?
