OMIGOD The Wizard of Oz has been my favorite movie for years, and Hickory's line about the statue always made me laugh, but I NEVER realized it was foreshadowing as his counterpart, The Tin Man, being frozen like a statue!!!!!!!!

There’s a philosophy in The Wizard of Oz that speaks to all of us. Everyone has a heart, a brain and courage. If used properly, they lead to a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The gold when found, is those people who love you.

I was browsing a through a bookstore and saw this book on the making of The Wizard of Oz and on it's popularity after being released. I saw this picture of Margaret Hamilton and Ray Bolger (The Witch and the Scarecrow) at a reunion decades later....am I sensing some real life Fiyeraba action??
