The Tuck Fam's Favorite Disneyland Rides

Jesse: Space Mountain. He's a huge space nerd AND adrenaline junkie; the perfect combination for this ride. He loves the soundtrack and got WAY too excited when they had the short-lived Rockin' Space Mountain (Space Mountain with concert lighting and Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Higher Ground" synced up with the ride).
Honorable Mention- Jungle Cruise. He laughs way too hard at the cheesy jokes, no matter how unfunny they seem.
Angus: Pirates of the Caribbean. He loves the atmosphere and all the work that's been put into it. He still enjoys the original sections more than the ones that have been updated for the new movies (aka: adding in Johnny Depp and making the story about him instead of pillaging pirates just wreaking havoc.) but still enjoys the entire experience. Mae catches him whistling "Yo Ho (A Pirates Life For Me)" quite often.
Honorable Mention- Disneyland Railroad. He's a fan of the classics.
Mae: Peter Pan's Flight. She loves all the Fantasyland dark rides in general, but this one is her favorite. She simply adores Peter Pan in general, but the feeling of flying that she gets from this ride is incomparable.
Honorable Mention- The Enchanted Tiki Room. She loves the songs and the ambiance so much, despite the fact that Angus falls asleep during it. She's always a sucker for the Dole Whip.
Miles: Soarin' Over California. (Note: I know it's Soarin' Around the World now, but it literally just opened so) Miles loves this ride because of its chill atmosphere. It helps him relax and he loves the orchestral soundtrack. The first time he rode it, it stressed him out because he wasn't expecting it to feel so real.
Honorable Mention- The Haunted Mansion. Miles loves how it's changed over the years and how the effects still feel as real as they did in 1969. Miles is a huge nerd who got overly excited about the return of the Hatbox Ghost (me too, bud). He also loves the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay during the holidays.

wow my brother was telling me this joke and he said

"if you’re fighting with a woman and she pulls a knife on you, just pull out the bread and cheese and meat and her womanly instincts will kick in and she’ll just make you a sandwich"

then all of a sudden our mom emerges from the kitchen holding a huge ass knife and she approaches my brother asking “sorry what was that?” and he started screaming

Ok but newsies playing laser tag

  • Team Captains Jack and Katherine
  • Jack gets Crutchie and Race but Katherine gets Davey and Specs so it basically turns into brawn vs brain
  • Or more accurately “intense trying” vs “actual planning”
  • Romeo thinks he’s good at hiding behind walls because he’s small. He’s wrong
  • He tries to plant himself behind a wall and take down others but he always leaves his back wide open and he can never understand why his score is so crappy
  • Race likes to crawl around on the ground like an alligator and pick people off
  • Jack and Mush are on opposite teams and they’re the ones that sprint around the place and bounce off walls and run into people and they always get in trouble
  • Sniper gets way too into it and gives everyone code names
  • It’s impossible to decide what to do with her and Finch because both of them are excellent, you know, snipers, so do you put them on the same team? Then the other team has no chance.  But you put them on different teams?
  • Poor decision don’t do that they tried it once and the game had to be shut down two minutes in because those two had gotten far too intense
  • One time all the girls insisted on doing girls vs boys and they demolished the boys. Three times in a row
  • Les isn’t allowed to play because he’s either gonna get trampled or learn about 20 new swear words
