Pulled together a last minute costume for a Dia Do Los Muertos celebration. I lit candles in memory of my Dad’s. God i miss those guys.

Its time for my least favourite time of the year. The time when fruit flavoured candy canes wake from hibernation to ruin my day.

Two years ago i had a mini bypass. i lost 107kgs. Holy shit.

I was gifted something super cool by my sisters workmate after she learnt I was a space nerd. A massive collection of Nasa, Alien/UFO and X-files themed collectables.

STS-107: Columbia -5th and final flight. Disentigrated on re-entry killing all 7 crew.

STS-51-J: Atlantis - Maidan Voyage

STS-41-D: Discovery - Maidan Voyage

Her story is that she was there during one of the flight disasters and was given these.

Honestly my nephew is the most goofy looking little guy.

Im 7 weeks post partial knee replacement. Honestly this journey has been more mentally taxing than i ever expected. This was my third knee surgery so physically and mentally (my ocd is MAD) i knew what to expect. What i never expected was the sense of doom and rawness i feel about it. Its the finality of it, there is no more false hope of it “getting better”, this is it for my knee, half of it is gone, eventually all of it will be. The surgery worked, dont get me wrong, my knee feels the best its felt in like 10 years. But boy shes messy, and my patellafemoral joint is also now down to bone, and my ACL graft is stretched AND BRO Im 34 in 6 days, like this is my knee for a looonngg time.
