I’ve been building community lots..
top left is a school, top right is a restaurant
bottom left is “the watch tower” [police/military/city hall], bottom right is a hospital.

I used @declaration-of-dramas "stick/branch" (i use a distressed wood texture to recolor it and I use move objects on to stick it between two trees lol so it looks like a branch) so your sim can do pull ups and their "logs" that is actually a treadmill.
The training dummy is from @murfeelee which is the martial arts training post that I think comes with the EP World adventures so your sim can "train."
The Bush is a toilet, there are rocks also that is a shower and the bucket on the stump is a sink. So your sim can shower after working up a sweat! Which is all thanks to @aroundthesims
There is also a firepit and seating too so your sim can use the fire to cook food on if they have any in their inventory.
I tested it out, its all playable! Might share it..

Dreamer’s Bay is truly amazing, it is in my top five favorite worlds. However, I think you are confusing me with Frankie ( @gruesim ), who is the creator of Dreamer’s Bay. She isn’t as active as she was before because she moved and doesn’t have her computer. However, you can still message her about Dreamer’s Bay.
EDIT: I just realized you were talking about the lots that illawara created. Sadly, Illawara did leave the community and as far as I know she hasn’t returned. However, I did share all of her lots that I knew she made for Dreamer’s Bay on my CC Finds page - which can be found >>Dreamer’s Bay<< or >>illawara<<

Hello all! :) It has been awhile, and for that I apologize! Life, ya know? Anyways, we have been busy at work renovating a family farmhouse for Macie and her growing family (@nonsimsical). It was such a beautiful space to work in and re-imagine, it really got our creativity flowing! It is a spacious lot with plentiful farmland for their budding apple orchard, farm critters, and gardening. She wanted a cozy, farmhouse-feel which is one of my personal favorites to try and achieve. We are so happy with how this renovation turned out and hope this is a space this lovely family can enjoy for many years to come! <3 Thank you for choosing Kinseth Design! :) The original lot can be found here.

I hope I am doing this right. Honestly, it is quite nerve wrecking. You are always suppose to put some fancy description about this and that, but honestly for someone who loves writing I kind of suck at it. ^_^ @nonsimsical made me all happy praising my Dock House for Enzo. The style suited the needs of one of Nonsimsical’s sims and that is how this lot came to be. I am quite talented at box making and apparently @nonsimsical is a big fan of boxes. HAHA
In all seriousness though, this is a Dock House fitted for those pesky pier lots in Lucky Palms. Ideal for that picturesque desert and canyon backdrop. It comes with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Semi-open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Plenty of space for those ever expanding families, but it will work nicely for a single family or even a bachelor. Convert that second bedroom into an office or a gym. ^_^
@nonsimsical said it was alright to share it. The non-build cc featured was used just for the pictures and is not included. All build related cc has been included and credit goes to their respective creators. Sorry for the bad pictures. I suck at taking lot pictures. -_-
For this challenge - I hope I did this right. @nonsimsical had to walk me through it and direct me toward information because well it is sad for me to say. This is my first time doing any challenge. It makes me quite anxious. So, hopefully I have not bungled this up too badly. If it is alright and I have not screwed up, I would greatly appreciate it if I might get the Kim skin. Thank you and big big big thank you to @nonsimsical. It has been so great getting to know you and this was a lot of fun. I hope you and others who might download the lot enjoy it. *hugs*

This is the last lot for my Dreamer’s Bay center and was made specifically for Nonsimsical to fit into the empty bottom lot at the bottom of the town center (see map here). Nonsimsical has kindly requested that I make this publicly available.
I apologise for my crappy preview shots - I just couldn’t get Reshade to take screenshots/save to the bin, even though it’s allowed to write >.<
Feel free to completely change the interior - I was going for something grunge-like ( I don’t know why).

The ceremony area is raised from the ground so you get the beautiful view over the lake and area. Below there’s two buffets and plenty of areas for your guests to enjoy the reception, nature and food of course!
