Rosewood Park - BETA

Rosewood Park was founded in 1879, in the Victorian era, as a getaway for the rich when the city pollution robbed their lungs of air. Grand Victorians constructed and lavish parties were hosted. During the first world war, it was a haven for those trying to escape the endless drone of the alarms and the destruction. With some distance from the mainland, it was barely attacked and houses an eclectic mix of people all with the same goal, of finding security. During the second world war, its hidden location but proximity to the mainland turned it into a hotspot for weapons factories. The docks were expanded to allow boats to transport the wares and neighborhoods were quickly established to house the factory workers. Only few of the old Victorians are still standing today, integrated into the varying communities that surround the docks. Since the last war, Rosewood Park has become calm, the bustling population long gone, left with a few settled families and a slow, peaceful life. Although in need of some repair, this town hosts everything needed to live surrounded by the beautiful Rosewood Mountains and a quiet lull.

WORLD DETAILS:

  • Small map
  • Around 60 residential lots with no interiors but finished exteriors
  • Around 20 community lots with most rabbit holes
  • A lot of CC (all included)
  • This world has its own lighting mod, so please remove any lighting mod you use or download the lighting mod if you want it for other worlds, its a realistic one!
  • Theoretically needs most EPs, however most of the necessary EP CC can be cloned and made BG compatible and much of it has already been done and is included in the Rockwood Island download here.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Please read the README: As this world is a Beta and I made it mainly for me, so if you have issues please tell me but I am not planning on fixing small things unless they really mess up. I am not really active anymore and this is just being uploaded because people asked :)

Mspoodle's Sims 3 Medieval Collection Part 4

  1. More Random Default Replacements - cleaning sponge, plunger, toilet brush, rake for adult and child, and the pet brush. The rake is by @mortia and the rest is by me.
  2. Bird Stand - Made for @nonsimsical. note - there will be clipping with animations. It has all the functions of the regular bird stand, so don't forget to feed your birds and clean it.
  3. Kitchen Counter - Counter top, counter top with legs and a counter corner with legs made from a TSM end table. Used inspiration from what @simverses did and made my own twist to fit our counter heights. It's not perfect by any means but looks ok for what it is. note - because these are package files of the counters (I don't do sims3packs) they will do that annoying thing, if you move them and they snap to back, they will revert to an EA counter. I wish I could fix it but that's an unfixable glitch. And no, the reset in Nraas DebugEnabler will not fix it. You'll have to get a new counter from the catalog and place it again.
  4. Medieval Sinks - 4 versions with the counter with legs. note - there will be clipping with some of the animations and the water plane when you wash dishes.
  5. Barrel Trash Compactor - best used with the medieval counter top.

Mspoodle's Sims 3 Medieval Collection Part 1

These were inspired by my wonderful friend @nonsimsical who needed some objects to fit her historical gameplay. Of course, I go overboard...and yes there will be more at some point. I still have stuff on my to-do list. (pssst and there's Simblreen) Most items will go in your Mods/Packages folder while the Default Replacement items can go in your Overrides folder if you find they don't work(I put them in Overrides myself).Some of this stuff I made from scratch and the other items I grabbed from TS4's buy debug, TS2 or from The Sims Medieval and is mostly all recolorable. Hope you enjoy!

  1. 1 Story Barn Doors that Horses and peeps can use - Requires Pets. 2 door and arch widths. Don't put these on a house reno unless you want horses routing into your kitchen. XD
  2. Hay Cart Strollers - 2 version - 1 with moving wheels and the other has static wheels. Some clipping does occur and no babies will be harmed during their stroll (just don't do this in REAL life please.) If you play in a roadless world, note that they can use these to route to a destination but they can't go on a stroll (because that requires a road).
  3. Medieval Pizza Oven - uses the Stores Pizza oven script that came with Monte Vista to make a Medieval bread oven. You can get them at @blamseastore for convenience if you do not have it. Included are a DR peel replacement and some bread poles as deco.
  4. Hay Litter Boxes - 2 versions - They have 2 geostates after they've been used several times. And once clean, will go back to the original size.
  5. Cat Toys and Toy Tray - Not much to say. I do delete all the EA toys from the tray then buy cat toys. That way the EA ones don't spawn. Easily my most favorite thing I've made so far.
  6. Smart Phone and Cell Phone for historical play - This is sorta niche. There will also be clipping. You've been warned. lol I wanted electronics usable but to fit. So this is what we came up with. You need Arsil's mod to make this work. https://modthesims.info/d/593951/custom-cellphones-and-backpacks.html Decide if you want the original cell phone or the University Life smart phone. How to Use -

In game, make the Sim you want buying my phone from the Electronics/Misc catalog. Put it on floor, and click on it. "[CONFIG] Remove Current Cellphone". WARNING, by doing this, you'll lose all data, including pictures, stored in your active Sim phone. Click on the phone again, and choose "[CONFIG] Set Handset Name". Here type MY CODE, and drag and drop the phone into your Sim' inventory. It won't show here, it's normal, but it will appear next time your Sim will use their phone. It's not a replacement phone, it won't prevent other Sims to use different phones. And don't panic if you get a white box. Just means you typed something wrong. Just do the process again. The code is also found in s3pe's on the NGMP line in case you forget.

7. Medieval Tablet - Uses the stores Multi tab 6000's script.

8. Various Default Replacements for general task Sims do - Included are Laundry Clothes bag and texture Default, Homework Default, All the Handiness skill tools (hammer, screwdriver and wrench) Defaults, And Potty trash, Indoor trash bag texture and Outdoor Trash bag texture Defaults.

Rockwood Island - BETA

When life gets too loud in Rosewood, Rockwood is place to go! Only a few miles off the coast, this tiny Park addon sprouted a cozy community of individuals who like to live life a little slower. Built up by a few members of Rosewood, Rockwood mimics its big sister, just in a bite sized way!

This world is an EDIT of Hylewood by the amazing @nilxis, credit for terrain and plant placement goes to them!

WORLD DETAILS:

  1. Tiny Map
  2. around 20 tiny houses, most do have at least 2 bedrooms!
  3. Town hall, festival ground, cafe, bar, playground, community pool, park, basketball field, school, football field, grocery store, beach community lots included.
  4. Fully built up but no interiors to houses.
  5. BG Compatible: EP CC is included if you are missing an EP but some objects may still be replaced by statues (very few). 
  6. CC is included but its quite a bit!
  7. This world has its own lighting mod, so please remove any lighting mod you use or download the lighting mod if you want it for other worlds, its a realistic one!

KNOWN ISSUES:

  1. The cafe has a glitch where sims like to use the water taxi to exit it, a library file of a fixed Cafe has been included, please replace the lot in game!
  2. This is a BETA so there will still be some routing issues!
  3. Issues with basketball and football field where the yellow boulders may need to be deleted as sometimes they prevents sims exiting the lot!
  4. The industrial Strength Doors by Cyclonesue and the Scania doors may mess up. You will just need to replace them for your sims to access the lot.
  5. As this world is a Beta and I made it mainly for me, so if you have issues please tell me but I am not planning on fixing small things unless they really mess up. I am not really active anymore and this is just being uploaded because people asked :)

I know this is VERY unusual for me, but as this was a request from the sweetest @nonsimsical, I just couldn’t say no haha! Plus I feel like this was very needed for the game, as we honestly have 0 to none sleepwear medieval outfits for our kids! Now, we have these nightgowns for children, teens, young adults, adults and elders! Babies? Who knows in the future haha!

As these outfits have the same exact bone assignments from their adult versions (I managed to do that lol), any problems you may encounter with Danjaley’s conversions you will find in these conversions! Tho I was able to reduce a lot of the clipping on connecting the body verts with the outfits!

The apple trees were created by Createaworldblog (aka aaronrogers8i3), but he deleted his blog and the original download link of the tree is broken, however I believe someone did go and upload his trees and plants from Strawberry Acres, you can find that download link here over @kpccfinds

Recently I lost all of my CC and a friend of mine graciously shared their mods folder with me. I personally do not know where Oona’s pants are from and sadly neither does my friend :( (It’s why it took so long to reply - I was waiting for my friend to see the picture and see if they could tell me if they knew where they downloaded them from). The pattern though could be from @omfgingers as 90% of my patterns in game are made by Edie. I am terribly sorry, however if you’re looking for some maternity sweatpants I may be able to help you find some?

I do know of a very cute sporty outfit that your PG and NON PG sims can wear by @billsims-cc! You can find it >>HERE<< I use this a lot on my sims as well! I absolutely do not mind at all getting anon’s! It is unfortunate that googling something can’t always be easy, but have no fear! I actually do remember where I downloaded Koa’s hair! It’s a retexture by @ifcasims and you can find it >>HERE<< It’s called “Remus M” Ifca has a lot more male hairs on her tumblr page, but you should also check out @mayu-sims! Mayu has awesome long hairs for males as well as some buns and shoulder length locks!!

I skipped her teen phase since, after five years of writing for the Bishop family, I’ve become disconnected with them. I want to start over with the next GEN and thus why I have chosen Sybil. She’s by far the most complex out of Elias and Isolde’s children and I’d like to focus on developing her more as an YA. I have an idea of how I might start out writing her story and she’s already shipped with someone which also helps a bit in outlining her future!

I’m pretty proud of how she turned out :) I also got to use the *ANNA SSFF Challenge skinblend by @gruesim finally, as well! So, that was very exciting!!!
