TWO IN ONE DAY!!!

So, before I bid the night adieu and venture off into the land of slumber, I wanted to release just one more gift because my mood and spirits are high from events that transpired earlier today!

My baby sister got married!! *throws confetti*

SOOO! With that being said! I give you a new male base to do with as you please. I have included his 3 versions of download. His .sims3pack (for those who do not have a Mods folder), his .sim file (for those who want him for JUST a base) and his .package format (this version  you only need to put in your mods folder under packages). Please note you only need ONE of these! Not all three.

I’ve included a lovely “note” as per usual for all you lovelies to read! As well as some in game pictures of Dimka! You may use Dimka as a base and I don’t mind if you reupload him, I only ask that you please be considerate and give me credit for the original creation (#nonsimsical or @nonsimsical). Please and Thank you!! ^.^ If you use Dimka in your game, or as a base, I’d love it if you tagged me so I could see what adventures he’s on in your games!!

Because I have been getting a lot of MSG's asking if I'd export Dimka's house, I decided - WHY NOT!?

Dimka's house is small, so if you're looking for a family home, this is so not your house! Upstairs is his bedroom, downstairs is the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.. This house is a Base Game house that I renovated for my own personal use, so I do not take credit for the build itself. I just changed it A LOT to suit my needs. I added a Garage and a Laundry Room, thus making the yard slightly smaller,  but big enough that you can entertain your sim friends. Outside (front and back) is a little garden that has a variety of fruits, vegetables as well as some other plants as well. I used CC, EP items as well as SC! EP's Used: World Adventures, Pets, Generations, Island Paradise, Seasons, Showtime, Supernatural, Ambitions, University, Late Night, Master Suite, High-End Loft, and Town Life. SC used: A variety of décor plants, Fryer, Food Processor, Bohemian Garden, Harvest Stands, etc. The CC I am concerned with NOT sharing would be from simcredible and ATS3

Ending Lottie's ( simmedmywayuptothetop ) visit with dinner on the patio. Dimka was BBQ'ing while the girls oogled him from behind!

"He's really well behaved.. if Pia ever moves out I may have to dog-nap him!" Dimka laughed as he demonstrated to Lottie everything that Boone's learned since Pia's been staying with him in Bridgeport. "Dimi.." Lottie shook her head, glancing at Pia out of the corner of her. "Boone's always been very well behaved." Her Scottish accent was always more apparent when she was being sarcastic. Pia stood up and bent over, placing her hands on her lower abdomen groaning. "I'm dyyyyyyyyyying!" Pia moaned. "What's wrong with you?" Dimka asked, distracted by Boone nudging his pocket where he had one of his dog biscuits. "Ahh.." Lottie giggled. "I'll go get you a tampon." "Aunt Flo is a bitch!" Pia cried as the cramps attacked her uterus again then dramatically dropped to the couch. "See! Look Boone, Mommy played dead! Play Dead, Boone! Play Dead!" Dimka crooned to the massive cuddly beast who stood patiently waiting for his reward. "You're dead.." Pia moaned into the couch cushions as Lottie announced there was only an empty Tampon box under the sink in the bathroom, but that she thinks she might have one back at her place. "It's fine," Dimka interrupted Lottie. "I have to go to the store to buy some dog food anyways, I'll just buy her some tampons. You like that Pearl kind right? Regular and unscented?" Dimka finally gave Boone his reward, wiping the dog's drool off on his pants. "Where can I find one of those?" Lottie leaned over and asked Pia who giggled which was quickly followed by a groan. "And some chocolate, Midol, and Chinese food." "Be right back. Stay Boone." Dimka said locking the door behind him. "Seriously.. where can I find one of those?" Lottie asked jokingly.

He declared rematch.. she whooped him again! And again! AND AGAIN!
