You've only been around for a year and that's the strangest thing to me, it might just be because my grasp on time is a little wobbly, but also it's just because it just feels like you've been around forever. Like you've always been there being ridiculous and loud and hyperactive in the corner and we only noticed a year ago. Having you around feels so familiar, like all good things I guess.

And yet, even with the the familiar feeling - there's the surprises - you're just always amazing me. I know it's a strong word and maybe intense but I'm using it because it's true. You're so talented and so strong and so kind and so .. so many things .. that I'm always surprised. There's always something new you're doing, something new you're showing us, something new you're proving - and it's the best. You should know that you don't need to prove anything to me, but I love that you'll keep doing that anyway.

I have so many reasons why I adore you. I want to list them all but I can't because I would always forget something. I would forget something important, and I don't want to do that. There's one thing I want to mention though, and if only because I've been meaning to do so for the longest time.

I love you because you laugh with your entire beings. You fall to the floor, trip over each other, knock into each other, grab onto each other for balance and to catch your breath and wipe the tears from your eyes. You do this all the time and not just every once and a while. You make each other laugh like I've never seen people laugh, you make me laugh like I only ever do when I'm at my happiest. And I'm so rarely even a little happy that the laughter and the joy and the smiling you make me do magnifies every feeling I could feel for you to so much greater a place.

Your laughter, quite literally, is one of my most favourite things to witness. Because you're so visibly happy. Because you're so visibly happy .. together. And people being so happy with other people and because of other people? To me that's the best thing in the world - and you do that for each other all the time. It fills me with so much joy knowing that you love each other more than I could ever love you.

That's just one reason on a list of many why I love you so dearly, and why I don't feel even a bit silly using the words "love" and "adore" and "treasure" to describe how I feel about you. Why you were my first bias group and why it took a matter of hours for me to figure it out. It's just really easy for me to love you dudes, and that makes me .. really happy (surprise).

So .. in the end, I'd really like to thank you - for reaching for your dreams, for not giving up, for sharing your talent and your brightness and your laughter with us. For letting us into your lives and your hearts and for never being anyone other than yourselves.

And this is weird and feelingsy as so many things become when I talk or think about you and I apologize for the intensity at which I usually express my emotions. I just have a lot to say and a lot of love, and I'm glad I get to give a bit (or more than a bit) of that to you.

Happy 1 year, kids! Here's to many many more to come ♥

This is a link-heavy, love-heavy, long-winded, unnecessarily lengthy post about seven boys in a kpop group. It'd be a master post if I had any sense of organization. It also may be evidence of my insanity. I suppose it's just designed to try to make you fall in love with them the way I have.

I will preface this by saying this is me being sincere about them. I make fun of them all the time  and love to do so (because they're losers and idiots and dumb!) but here I’m going to be openly and genuinely sincere. I can make fun and tease them any time I want, but for this, at least a majority of it, I want to be a bit serious (though I can’t resist at points, but it’s nothing too bad) because sometimes it’s more fun to just talk about how wonderful people are.

There are other places you can go and learn about these wonderful dudes on your own, most of which are probably much more organized than this, but I wanted to put my own spin on why they're really great. Why they so quickly earned my love and why they deserve the love of everyone else. 

(P.S!!! This is not a "why BTOB are better than your faves" type post! I don't like those why would I do that, no one's better than your favourites, they're yours! This is a "why BTOB are worth your time" or "why you shouldn't overlook them" type post, made with no bitterness or rudeness or mean-spirited-ness at all - just a lot of love ^__^)

So then, let's move on to the rest - the rest of the reasons these seven guys were able to steal my heart so quickly - and why I really wouldn't want it any other way.
