Furthermore whoever removed the audio jack from phones should be grilled in front of congress. The fact that I need a dongle to listen to music on a modern telephone while 20 years ago I could have simply plugged a universally standardized cord into the audio jack everyone knew how to use is an anti-human move that should be punished.
I think the most unintentionally pretentious part of me is I genuinely forget that most people do not have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of mythology and folklore. I literally just assume most people know at least the name of every Greek god. My mom and I were watching the Banshees of Inisherin and at the start, she asked "Do you know what a banshee is?" and I was so stunned because it would never occur to me to ask that question because I would never assume the average person doesn't know what a banshee is. The average person knows what a banshee is right. You know what a banshee is right. You know the names of the greek gods right. You know that norse myth where loki fucked the horse right. Right. RIGHT

Living waterfall!...It's living water that can form into a vaguely human sized and shaped blob. They're surly creatures that see even fish as intruders into the water. But yeah it's around 300 gallons (nearly 1200 liters) of sentient water. I am glad to at least temporarily be done with the "element but has thoughts" monsters.
The living wildfire is a human sized (though some are bigger) fire. That's sentient and humanoid. It likes arson. Look, these "Living ___" monsters are the basic elementals, they don't have a TON going on XD
