I also tried my hand at redesigning Nightwing before I started. I hate changing his look too much as his classic blue and black one seems to fit so well and adding anything to his costume just adds bulk to his free flowing style. Though I really wanted to try to use his collar and open shirt look but I knew they wouldn’t go for it.

if you guys remember this well, i’ve received the finished piece from marcus a few days ago and i’ll just let this speak for itself only because words can’t describE HOW MUCH I LOVE IT ♥ ♥ ♥ you guys know how much of a sucker for nightwing!cass and batman!jason i am and getting a piece like this from my favorite comic artist is ugh, well, let’s say marcus made another of my dreams come true ;u;

Joyride was a team favorite this year, with its wonderful visuals and compelling story. Lanzing and Kelly know how to get you deeply invested in their diverse cast of characters - it’s a space adventure full of friendship and self discovery, backed by phenomenal art and fun shenanigans. Truly one of the must-read comics of the year!
