yes, but he doesn’t intervene directly in the battles, He doesn’t even fight, he hasn’t any power! He only gathers information like strengths and weakness from heroes. /o/

Quirkless!Izuku came up with his own villain name (and he struggled a lot with it) But, okay, nobody cares.
Villains got used to call him Quirkless, both for the irony and cruelty. As if to remind him his ‘place’ in the league.

I get this question a lot.
NoPE, personally I think giving Deku a quirk would make this AU less interesting. Quirkless!Deku forces Izuku to use his intelligence and be more strategic to success.
Giving him AFO would make him badass, and uuuuhhhhhhhhhhh idk, that’s not my style ;3;
