"I’ve never had a detective before" ugh urghh no after that deleted scene this is making me want to vomit
People who say that Sherlock is "sexually assaulted" by Magnussen in the hospital bed have NO idea what sexual assault is. It was creepy, sure, but it was in no way, shape, or form sexual assault.
Creepy? A bit more than creepy.
Sherlock is drugged up to his eyeballs and completely alone. He can’t consent, can’t defend himself, can’t get away, can’t do anything.
Magnussen caresses him. Magnussen touches him. Magnussen gets into Sherlock’s personal space and rubs their noses together and makes like he might kiss Sherlock. He is threatening. He is terrifying. His language is threatening. He is saying that he OWNS Sherlock. Sherlock is HIS PROPERTY now. All of that was forced upon Sherlock.
That’s more than just creepy. If a man did that to me you better believe I’d be filing for sexual assault charges.
definitely more than creepy
EVERY KIND OF TOUCH THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED INTIMATE IS SEXUAL ASSAULT IF YOU DON'T CONSENT
Sure, it could be worse, Magnussen could have gone through with kissing Sherlock, or touched him in a more private part of the body, for me hands are intimate as fuck too tbh BUT JUST BECAUSE IT COULD BE WORSE DOESN'T MEAN THIS IS OKAY
Noooo, but Mary is a good woman. *heavy sarcasm*
WHOA Once again I am amazed by the creepiness of CAM. The way he just touches people in ways that are considered beinng of intimate nature without permission is just really appalling. Especially in this scene it's horrible because Sherlock has no chance of stopping him, being drugged out of his mind. For me, CAM is a much more powerful and horrifying villain than Moriarty.
