what if this is what will happen with Papa V? He wears a metal mask like some have theorized in the tour poster and copia is scared not because he knows who the papa is, but because V is the first papa to wear a mask over papal paint?

then there is a moment where this scene takes place? copia doesnt necessarily connect that his twin could be Papa V or that maybe one of the dead Papas was his brother.

honestly everyone should watch this version with Vincent Price and read The Masque of Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe anyways. but perhaps this is why copia looks so much like him

I'm sorry but in my head that's Copia having a flashback for five years ago also in backstage when he saw the guards dragging Terzo away, which was the last time he saw Terzo alive as well.

Excellent things about rats:

-Friendly, polite, gentle (assuming they are well handled), very rarely bite

-Give u lots of kisses

-Teeny hands

-Fat and warm

-Make crunchy sounds and wiggle their eyes when happy

-Groom themselves constantly (and look cute doin it)

-Can be taught tricks

-Love to cuddle, especially in your sleeve or pocket

-Sometimes carry things so big they have to hop to run

-Twitchy whiskers

-Have been shown to free their friends before eating so everyone can eat

-Actually laugh when tickled (almost inaudible)

Rat enthusiasts feel free to add
