[NDU] Ecdysis: Summary & Author’s Note

SUMMARY:

The “un-snobbing” of Piki Black over a period of three years, following his breakup with Jack Sickle. A Nightmare Dork University tale that lays the foundations for the “Footlights & Frontispieces” AU.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: 

This is it, dear readers…. This is the NDU story that I’ve been wanting to tell, ever since I found the RISE OF THE GUARDIANS fandom in April 2015, and its subfandom Nightmare Dork University shortly thereafter. I love all the NDU boys, our four Pitches and a Jack, but Piki Black is the one of whom my cold, shriveled gargoyle heart is most fond. 

Many of my own experiences have bled into this work, both good and bad.  There will be a ***LOT*** of footnotes once this goes up on AO3.

I hope you will enjoy reading this as much as  I am enjoying writing it.

Dedicated to so many on Tumblr, DeviantArt, and Discord. Shout-outs at the end of the work.
