I swear, I had so much fun picking out pairs of random fictional characters from the mug and then deciding whether I ship that pair or I want to rip them apart. I love it that Taylor is making use of the word "snake" and "reputation" for this new album because those were what her haters were focusing not just last year but for her entire career. It reminded me of that quote Tyrion Lannister said to Jon Snow: "once you've accepted your flaws, no one can use them against you" (or the version in the show, "Wear it like armour, and it can never be used to hurt you"). I love you, Taylor. I've been having a shit week, but you just made my day. And keep slaying, queen!!

You know, perhaps the reason why Taylor deleted all her posts in her social media accounts is because she wants to start a new life — at least a new life that the public will see. So, she deletes everything she’s ever posted because all those were in the past, and if she were to start anew, she had to let go of them. Then, once she’s done cleansing of the past, she’d officially start her new life...by dropping the 6th album.
