I just got into doing cold water splashes in the morning. When we have to wake up at 4 in the morning to be on-set, I will put ice cubes in a bowl and push my face into them. Basically I dunk for apples in this tub of ice. It just wakes everything up right away, but it’s also really good for your blood vessels and your pores, and tightens your skin and gets rid of swelling. Coffee’s not going to work, this is the only way.

Dear Nicole,

      I don’t really know what to say but what i want you to know is that I love you, Thank you for being a great role model and inspiration, and I am proud of all you have done and all you will continue to do. My name is Kelly-Ann and i’m from the Caribbean island, Antigua (& Barbuda). Though i’m so far away i’m rooting for you and all you do all the way from here. I think you even mentioned that you have West Indian family, that made me soo happy! words cant express. I love you not only for you beauty (but still, can we all just appreciate how heavenly beautiful you are???)  you’re like the sweetest soul with the biggest heart! you are the kindest, most sweetest.  you’re soooo wise and woke omg! i’d sit and listen to you preach or rant forever! you carry the best energy, you are love and you are light. i especially love how you can be all of those things mentions yet you’re so silly !!! your facial expressions are my absolute fav plus that WTF dance video you did??? that made my entire 2015, honestly! i hope to see you in tons more shows and movies (hold up let me speak it into existence real quick; You WILL be in tons more shows and movies! like any movie or show with you in it is a blessing to earth and mankind! lol!)  It’s because of you i lowkey want to be an actress. It’s actresses like you who give us girls hope and let us know we CAN and WILL as long as we put in the work.
